What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. It's easy to find problems and resolve them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can be high, however, it does provide enough value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audits all the security issues that go on in the network. Log ingestion is part of that. Clients on windows systems helps the other part of that.

Adlumin Review for our 1st year being with them

What do you like best about the product?
I really do enjoy the Admin portal for the most part. They have improved it quite a bit since I've been a customer. Qualys for vulnerability management and patch management is pretty slick too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've had issues with is vulnerability management and patch management. It took a while to get our patches working correctly, and still not sure they are all the way. My issue with VM is I was under the impression that we would get more assistance around this piece, but it's all manual except a few emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us better insight around security, vulnerabilities, and patches. All in all, it has made me feel much more comfortable with how I have things running.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a dashboard for us to log in to and view our data and manage configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a real clear downside besides, they aren't natively capable of ingesting logs from our Endpoint Protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log ingestion and SIEM/SoC capabilities and continuous 24/7 monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Very collaborative and easy to work with. Always willing to make time to explain and advise. Portal is deep yet intuitive, gives as much or as little as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting is not natively available and has to be manually generated by engineers which can lead to some delays in receiving executive reporting in particular
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we leverage adlumin for our server and workstation patch management. We also rely on Adlumin for generating internal and external vulnerability reporting on an ongoing basis

Outstanding Purpose-Built SIEM

What do you like best about the product?
The Adlumin solution is purpose-built for financial institutions and probably other organizations that are also heavily regulated. As a financial institution, we rely on our SIEM heavily to look at current state as well as forensically should something happen, big or small. Adlumin listens to our feedback and puts it into practice to make it easier for us to use as well as their other customers. They are very responsive when it comes to support and you build a personal relationship with those who work there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the raw data can be a bit too much, which makes it difficult to parse out without getting help from their support team. While there are great ways to query for data, you have to be really careful what you seach for else you get too much information/noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single repository for collecting disparate security data from various sources while combining the data into a straightforward format for investigating user and device activity. Their support team does an outstanding job with reporting that allows you to slice and dice the data into a readable format for both C-Suite and technical employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, solid features, and a fantastic analyst team. The Adlumin team listens closely to our needs and addresses them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far. Whenever we have something that isn't quite right, the team at Adlumin is there to help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into our environment and mitigation of emerging threats that affect our company's security posture.

Having an MDR with small team makes sense

What do you like best about the product?
Assistance with vulnerability management and having the insight to see our options regarding patch management. But the best part is the MDR service; since I have a small IT team, the overview of such risks is much needed from a different perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is not having the platform to push those vulnerabilities to the respective clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the fact that we get a 24x7 support and oversight as well as having a SEIM.

What do you like best about the product?
It covers all aspects of our needs. You discover the threat in pen testing, patch the threat, and alert us of the danger if something does take place and do it at a reasonable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Redundant email notifications. I get two or more emails on the same thing. For example, when someone is out of the country. I get the raw notice, the analyst notice and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me extra hands and network visibility without the need for hiring more fulltime employees. We are patching more systems quicker and discovering and preventing problems quicker as well.

Quick and easy deployment with powerful results

What do you like best about the product?
I sleep better knowing Adlumin is watching for security events 24/7. Easy deployment and instant visibility across my enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing with Adlumin, but the increased visibility into operations has increased the knowledge of just how much needs to be fixed and improved systemwide. So more work now, but that is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin helps fill the visibility and response gap that we had before. We do not have 24/7 IT or a security team and Adlumin has provided 24/7 service to assist our team in determining those critical events to look at as well as autonomous abilities to shut down a misbehaving user account or computer while IT is unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
We like everything about the solution we have. Disabling accounts that have been compromised is great specifically when it happens after hours and you don't have enough personall .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think of is when they roll out a new policy to detect things and it starts flagging unharmful things in the system. But by the time we get to it, the issue would be fixed by them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to keep an eye on logs from different vendors when you have a small team. Adlumin added that value with their fast notification if anything was found, and we can set it up to stop the issue from spreading by disabling the account.
