Good Information Sharing Pltaform

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has great security features that allow for robust private discussions between members of groups. It is easy to manage and their customer service is always very helpful in the event there is a question or concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have enhanced document sharing capabilities similar to google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps allows our groups to have discussions and collaborate on projects even when members are not in close physical proximity.

Improve user interface. Compare it to a brick and mortar store. Top priority is elevating customer experience.

Easy to use interface! It has all a Business Need in order to bring together the internal employees with content and org charts.

Nothing, everything I saw is great! We are still planing to continue evaluation

Bring people together becuase we have a disperse workforce.

Have a clear budget and functionalities in mind that solve a business challenge

What do you like best about the product?
It brings many solutions into a single platform. It seems to be very scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have access to a consultant for training, implementation, and user adoption. MangoApps provides a lot training tools which are very helpful, but implementation look different for each client and help with that could be useful.

Also cannot seem to use the feature that allows us to edit documents within Mango it having to download, then upload the newer version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to securely share documents, collaborate on daily tasks, manage workflows, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how you can categorize and compartmentalize the many departments of our company. Also, I appreciate how their team connects us with the developers to make custom solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things to learn on the administrator's end. It is intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inefficient communication is the problem. The greatest benefit is that it is the main platform for our company's multiform needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are ready to set up the portal on your own. They give you all the resources you need but you need to set it up yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how mango apps brings coworkers together within each post. We can share our personal interests that are related to our work area and share interesting articles, tips & tricks, and even techniques on how to be more productive for example. Mango apps is a good tool to collaborate with many teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions management when managing projects. You need to add user by user or create a group within mango apps containing all users you'd like to manage and then the management is very difficult. Other than that, I like how we can upload documents to the projects, share and collaborate with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration within different consultants, clients, and team members. The benefits are that we can give restricted access to each group differently even though it's a bit complicated to do so, but once you get it to work it is very convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use your departments to allocate your posts. For example, our IT Department every time we post tips and tricks we tag our department so that it is easier for users to find those posts within our department.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that it houses many of the useful tools that our organization needs, in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a clear way to customize user experience; there are lagging issues across the app's features; posting content is a pain because of the clunky editing menu that limits my ability to create custom content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in charge of maintaining an IT presence on MangoApps, with a bit of graphic design learning involved. I have not yet realized benefits of using MangoApps over other solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to define organization and user goals of implementing MangoApps to stay proactive instead of reactive after go-live. User testing is key here to ensure that MangoApps is adding to the organization's presence rather than feeling like just another thing that people have to use.

It was easy to get up and running, and easy to admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page loading is terribly slow even over 150Mbps connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intranets are great, once users start using them.

What do you like best about the product?
We use MangoApps for internal team communications and to help drive team engagement. We are still learning how to use it but we love it so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
None that we've found so far, we are discovering and learning to use new features every day.

Internal communications, especially for remote workers

watch the training videos and create an implementation plan. It can all look a bit daunting but once you get going, it's great
