It's a great organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for our organizations communication resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the iPhone app doesn't format correctly or look very clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across the organization.

Overall good product
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively flexible, allowing us to use the platform in the way that works best for the Company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very confusing for people who don't use it often. There seem to be some issues with who is able to do what and those issues aren't necessarily consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate more effectively and more often with all of our employees across countries.

MangoApps combines all the features of Yammer, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Skype into a single app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Form, tracker and file workflows need a bit of work to be on par with SharePoint.

Single communication and collaboration across entire company.
Company Intranet made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Enabled us to roll out a professional, and easy to manage company-wide intranet. MangoApps makes it easier to control and manage company-wide communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content formatting can be a little fiddly from time to time, but overall MangoApps is an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MangoApps posts for things like welcoming new employees or announcing a new client. We also use it for things like posting help articles and how-to articles or sending out notes from the executive team. MangoApps has made new employee on boarding much more streamlined by providing up to date company and department organization information all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Limit your scope for your initial implementation.

The application has had some performance issues in the past but it has finally come to a good point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the alternative to using SharePoint, and it is a more well rounded and much easier to use and maintain.
Another of the good things is the management of videos. We release monthly videos for all users to watch, and it has been a good balance between easy to use and good bandwidth control (so if many users are watching at once, you will not see much slow down).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The cloud version is what they will recommend and if you are a small shop or if you don't have restrictions, then go for it.
For us, we had several restrictions so we had to stick to the onpremise version, which is supposed to be the same, however we struggle with some implementation and performance issues.
However, once we had everything in place, it has been fairly easy for those super-users to do the day to day administration.

Website build tools should be more flexible

Document management is a great solution. Project management is also a great benefit.

A great all in one business toll suite
What do you like best about the product?
It's true there are better Task Management, social networks, CRMs, etc. than MangoApps have. But are you willing to ask your employees to do App Zapping between all these different applications or do you prefer an all-in-one solution that is connected and easy to use. That is what Mango Apps can offer you.

Although the different Apps have good UX, they are still not as good as specific apps such as Salerforce or Trello.

To concentrate my coworkers on a single connected web tool environment.
MangoApps Great for Healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
We like that its easy to use and to send out company wide announcements and to keep them all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to display event photos, like how Facebook has albums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can communicate better with our employees about things going on in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The company is great to work with. We have been super happy with our transition. They even came out and did training on site and answered our questions.

That the platform is open and users can communicate with each other
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeline (when you add a reaction, the message is on top again). We receive complaints from users that this is nog logical. I would love to change this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the 'closed' culture, with this platform the business is much more open. We are also solving the problem that stores cannot watch movies (this is not possible on the store tills) and with Watsonline they can.

Mango Apps has many great features but most of all the platform is extremely flexible and be modified to fit nearly any need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment it all works well.

MangoApps has allowed our company to connect in real-time and celebrate achievements both large and small from our many offices across the nation. It has also allowed employees who may not normally have opportunities to collaborate to do so.
