What do you like best about the product?
Things to like about MangoApps is its clean and easy to use layout. Everything is well though tout and very user friendly. Its a great way to stay connected as a company and be able to share and work on projects together in a swift and easy source. There are also short updates which comes very handy and being able to share files is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search feature to not be as helpful as I would've liked. The application can sometimes can have some lag and or time to load and some projects take time to load in. Connection Via web also isnt as smooth as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless experience and great way for group collaboration and problem solving. Removes alot of issues with team work and gives you the ability to discuss, communicate, share, plan, manage and track progress across multiple projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend for people looking into a seamless group work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to keep multiple teams accross multiple platforms up to date. Being in the know is top on priority lists. Having MangoApps let’s me update various key points for different users in one area. The scalability is a benefit from small to large companies. A definite time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
MangoApps is not as widely known as say Microsoft Sharpoint or other similar programs. This can lead to the occasional learning curve when adding new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer dread my inbox. Before MangoApps was implemented in our company, email was the go to. Creating custom update documentation is now a thing of the past.

Rough user experience and difficult to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has been using Mango as a social intranet tool for the past four to five years. During that time, it's quickly fallen out of popularity and is rarely used by the majority of our staff. There are not many good things I would say about this software. The best thing it offers is a directory of staff, which isn't saying much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface, which does not simplify the process of finding company-wide information. I also dislike that it is not an intuitive process to figure out how to post a message to all staff. The search feature also commonly pulls up information that's not relevant to the search I'm making and clutters up the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are barely solving any problems with Mango. It exists as a social intranet tool for our nonprofit, but provides very little value to our staff because there is such a steep learning curve.

MangoApps: A Great Team Collaboration Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps is a great way to organize documents, announcements, important dates, service information, posts, etc. for an entire company. I really like that it is a one way ticket to all company information. Also, there is an app, so it's mobile friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each month, there is a leaderboard that shows the most active users. You get points, and get higher on the leaderboard the more active you are on the site. The points are semi-random...you have to search around to find the ways to earn points. You get them for everyday tasks like liking posts, sharing announcements, giving awards to co-workers, etc. At a certain point each day, you get cut off from earning more points to make it "fair" which is kind of annoying. It's also hard to find any message boards or forums online where people who have used Mango can offer tips for earning points. It seems like there is much more info readily available for other platforms like Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps is helping with team communication. We have several different service centers within the company, and it can be hard to communicate with everyone. It is helping bridge the divide between offices within the same business. Co-workers who have never met in person are seeing photos of other employees and putting names to faces for future company gatherings. It's bringing a greater sense of unity.
