What do you like best about the product?
Single system for communication, collaboration and content
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not find anything which I dislike about the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communcation - we are using this portal for store communication and it works quite well

Mango apps provide a portal for Communication, Collaboration and content.

What do you like best about the product?
Through MangoApps my colleagues are able able to interact with another and also it helps to find out information about everyone in the company all at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be made better, and also different reactions could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, MangoApps helped us set up leave and expense management forms. Also, it has enabled us to make announcements throughout the company.

What do you like best about the product?
authority matrix, admin panel and support service
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the LMS panel very much but I haven't reviewed the latest improvements yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps was beneficial for people in different locations to work in coordination. Everyone can be informed about the work done at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
When a problem arises, the team is quite good at coming back with a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I reckon we could be evolving more detailed features on the updates that more specifically affect our hub users. A lot of the updates benefit domain admins and not necessarily the hub users themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say it's the small tweaks that we fix most often. The minor tweaks also help to make the user experience better!

What do you like best about the product?
Polls, Quizzes, Surveys, and the People's directory are my favorite features
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the messages cannot be synced to our outlook email.

Being a multinational company, we have colleagues working from different parts of the world. Mangoapps has enabled us to bring all our employees under one roof.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about working with MangoApps is the team's eagerness to ask for feedback and engage with their customers to improve their product. Compared to other vendors, their responsiveness to any concerns or questions is second-to-none, and they are always open to discussing suggestions that could be incorporated within their product roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. One area for improvement is to allow users to control notifications for specific posts or updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps allows our company to communicate to each employee and gives each employee a voice to provide feedback. It is our primary communication tool to provide valuable information for our employees to execute their day-to-day responsibilities, learn about company programs and initiatives, and share our successes. We have also built critical business workflows within the forms/trackers module within the application to streamline those processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the functionality of the product. It's easy to navigate and is very user-friendly. I greatly appreciate the attention to customer service that we have received. I also appreciate the guidance and counsel from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike. For any issue that we have had, the team always comes up with a solution. They have an incredible can-do spirit and it's been a true pleasure working with them, especially Cherie and Chandra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a dispersed team and we've had challenges with keeping them connected in terms of communication and engagement. With MangoApps, we are able to get the right message to the right people at the right time and really engage them in what's happening in the organization.

excellent buildout team, then a super-responsive support team for any issues once we got rolling

The communication about updates and impacting patches could be better

Great centralized location for information across the different business divisions that increases collaboration and communication within our teams

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding materials are well planned & the support on any issues or guidance is personable and excellent. Their Brown Bag and features support video series are a great resource. As an admin and editor, we use the interface a few times a week, while the employees use it daily, company-wide. The platform has proven to be very stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, only a few times has a timezone discrepancy caused a delay in response.
