What do you like best about the product?
Customisation offered. Flexibility to brand the platform with our brand guidelines. Facebook style comments section for 2 way interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. More updates to up the user experience would be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MangoApps we've been able to give our associates one common platform where all of us can come together and keep in touch even while working remotely. It's one place which keeps the family together irrespective of where we are. All updates and announcements are available on one address, so that our associates do not miss out on anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User friendly, dynamic, interactive platform with great support from the servicing and backend team.

What do you like best about the product?
Mango Apps is a good platform for colleague engagement; it allows us to reach over 13,000 colleagues across our stores, Head Office and Distribution centers. We can share photos, videos and important company messages with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as intuative as other social media apps and lacks some of the newer functionality they have. It can also be confusing for colleagues as they do not recognise the Mango Apps news feed as well as they recognise a Facebook or Instagram feed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to make our Hub more like social media apps that our store colleagues are used to. The majority of our teams use the app over desktop , so we are working to optimise this.

Best client service I've ever had from a tech provider

What do you like best about the product?
The MangoApps platform is both flexible and WYSIWYG; but the real benefit to using this company is their excellent client service. They use their own system to create an easily accessible service portal, and the response times for questions or development issues is stellar. I have direct access to their team in India to get questions answered and get help when I need it. I couldn't be more pleased - both with the capabilities of the system and the service and support I get from the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issue with one tech developer who wasn't up to par, but I was pleased that management was responsive and removed him from my support team right away when I complained. The platform offers a good photo library but doesn't yet allow captions with images in that library setup; I have made a request and they are putting it in their development pipeline. There was a glitch with the latest release (15.6) that caused a little downtime but that was resolved quickly. Overall, I am highly satisfied with both the platform and the company's service model and employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps has quickly become the "single source of truth" for our company's internal operations. It gives us a one-stop-shop for everything from benefits and finance information to marketing collateral and a portal for employees to share up to the minute news and information about current tax law. Information flows much more freely around the firm, our grapevine is squelched because information is visible and transparent, and people aren't fielding calls all the time asking "where is X brochure, X file, X form"? The answer - search MangoApps!

Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to keep in contact with colleagues, put out company news and policies, and house trackers, forms, and websites in one place. It's easy for a large company to feel like they have the communication of a small company with having all of this at every employees fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like; MangoApps continues to evolve with each update and seems to work more and more seemlessly. I think the site is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing Currently.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is 100% customizable; it enables collaboration across different languages and helps to advance inclusion with some of its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is bit complicated to find and download the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create a space of connection and collaboration for an alliance of civil society actors across 175 countries, speaking different languages.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and setup. Much simpler than SharePoint or other web collaboration tools. With very minimal training you can get in and start setting things up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it lacked customization features on the management side with regard to permissions, ldap synching, and others, however much of this is added in the newer version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is open company collaboration and disseminating information to all employees. The intranet portal is the perfect tool for this, and MangoApps' ability to allow users to create their own groups freely is ideal for collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone we interact with at the company, through implementation to ongoing service, has been friendly, highly competent, and you can see that the process they're following is well structured and thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
For ease of use, I would welcome more options to organize a library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps has taken employee communication challenges to heart, providing the tools we needed to share company news. As a benefit, the staff is more in tune with what's happening in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The MangoApps team is one of the best support teams I have ever worked with. It is the number one reason, although there are many reasons, I recommend you to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally, I would say that would have to be the search feature. With that being said, this is not the case now. MangoApps continually improves on features and adds customer requests and this was one of them for us. The search feature has greatly improved since we first implemented this intranet platform. Yay MangoApps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our intranet serves as a starting point for our employees to start their day. They can catch up on the latest news and updates daily, they can find fun photos we share and positive notes to one another. I can't think of a better way to start the workday. The benefit of catching up daily on news for our staff has reduced wasted time sifting through information that is not relevant to their particular team or group. Staff select the portals that are important to them so that they get what they need and only that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since the start of our implementation of MangoApps as our intranet platform, I have been thrilled with the ease of use in creating a personalized space for our internal staff. As a managing admin of the platform, I like the user-friendly management side of the domain. There are so many options to turn on and off features as you prefer, and plenty of tutorials to utilize features without having an in-person training. With that being said, I’m always happy to meet up with our dedicated customer success manager for monthly catchups and updates on what is new and exciting. The MangoApps team is one of the best support teams I have ever worked with. It is the number one reason I would recommend them. Their support portal, one-on-one meetings, and quick response times for questions or problems is five stars for me. Thank you MangoApps.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about MangoApps is their support team - they are incredibly timely in their responses and willing to solve for any area of opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations to targeting communications, but solutions are available and their team is willing to help identify a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major benefits our organization has seen with MangoApps is a central communication hub that allows better management and more importantly, an open channel for collaboration and engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have an intranet now after experiencing the breakdown of communication and collaboration due to the pandemic. It makes it so nice to Post and share files, get things done with Trackers, and build out trainings all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There would likely be more frustration without having Edgar Carino as our Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Learning something new and building out an intranet can be daunting, but Edgar met with us weekly and provided hands on help and shared best tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the number of Outlook emails was a goal and we have seen those decrease rather significantly now that we use Mango. Using a portal for shared files will eliminate all the emails and calls to HR asking where to find forms or information - it is all now on the intranet!
