Dynatrace is able to identify the problems much quicker, reducing the MTTR.

There are leading Observability platform and have best product in APM space. Their support team is great and already working on lot of new innovations across the platform

This is a product which may be costly when deployed at scale. Also customization is little harder and at times documenation has not fluid flow. Everything else is good.

There are some search capabilities in some of the modules that are missing. For example, you can't search for a specific host in your Azure environment

licensing is very hard to determine and plan for future growth.

We have been able to analyze performance issues and display the results to executive leadership.
Dynatrace - a good monitoring tool as well as a platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ever-expanding capabilities for monitoring and the ease of integration that it provides to be able to connect to further monitoring/testing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of support for some of the legacy technology. Every focus is on monitoring the newer technology, what about the one that's still out there and has been there for years? Expanding scope will be a lot more helpful.

We can look at infrastructure issues in real time rather than relying on our teams to get details from administrators on what's happening. It helps cut down the delays.
