What do you like best about the product?
1. Brightdata worked with us to demonstrate their proxy service, set up a POC, and collect metrics.
2. They gave us time to establish our feature and worked with us to select the right product for our usage.
3. When a data breach occurred with the proxy manager, their website logs helped us track down the gap quickly.
4. Their billing department work with our billing department to set up an invoice/payment schedule that worked for both companies.
5. Ongoing metrics help manage our monthly usage, and the usage alerts ensure that we don't exceed our caps.

1. The accounting system that generates invoices is constrained due to Brightdata's tax location (Israel).
2. When our data breach occurred, it did take the support team some time (2-3 hrs) to suggest where to look for the logs.

1. Ensuring that scraping sites from our customers and other external websites don't block Inxeption due to scraping their products.

The quick and qualified compliance service we've ever seen. They book a compliance meeting the next day we joined. The interview was not short but adequate. They approved your account in hours.

Nothing to dislike. Absolutely nothing to dislike. The one of services when we have nothing to dislike. We like everything. Absolutely everything. 100% like for sure.

We use residential IP services and plan to use other services like Data Collection and we will investigate other services from Bright Data and hope they will be usefull for us.

We have been using the LPM service for 2 years and we did not face any major issues the support is also very good.

We are doing a data-driven analysis to support the evidence-based reporting on some global conflict and international security issues, which requires a large volume of data from various public and private sites. We use Bright data proxies to get up-to-date data for the analysis purpose.
