What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive and open to creative ideas to complete the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some troubles at first due to business structure changes however these were addressed after a long patient wait and they were on top of it.

Crawling data of new product so that I can price my good used against it.

What do you like best about the product?
Best support from Mr. Diwakar, friendly behavior and urgent solutions to problems. Bright data is a good proxy and also has affordable price points

Peers not found for some mobile carriers, and please add the Iraq mobile carrier

Helping to resolve multiple country dependency case studies
Bright Data: collecting social media data for scientif studies.
What do you like best about the product?
The number of collectors and the cost/benefit ratio; and the speed and effectiveness of support in resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the collectors stop and the problem has to be solved by contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can collect a large amount of data from social networks for my scientific studies very quickly. That saves me time and money in my research.
Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, quick to answer customer support and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more expensive than the competition, but i guess that's the price of having something that covers pretty much everything that you need related to proxies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to collect information from several services and brighdata prevents us from getting blocked from those services.
Great tool for advanced proxy use and data collection
What do you like best about the product?
Proxies are extremely robust, and allow for use via API, manually, or via chrome extension. BD is also very quick to respond to any suggestions or questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
browser extension only works on chrome, not any chromium browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proxies allow for private collection of data for our business, and custom data collection has allowed for advanced data analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Brightdata has been very responsive and accepting of new requests. They have gone above and beyond to maintain client relations and expectations, and we very much appreciate that in the company. On top of that, their product is superb and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Brightdata (the company). Regarding products, I would improve the structure of the api-docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently utilizing their data collection software to collect publically available data, which in turn helps us with data analytics and decision making.

we mostly use this service for scraping portals and websites, and that comes very handy when we are facing bot detection using IPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
limit of residental IPs count per country makes it hard for us to continue using the service for certain portals, for example if that portal detect and mark all of those exisiting ips as a bot, then bots won't work anymore.
another factor we can consider as a disadvantage is that we can't duplicate the zones and that makes hard management of zones and settings.
also data collector scripts and functions are so limited and don't let your hands open to develope a working bot and most of the time you face a limit which don't let you go further and use it.

Awesome Support and Super Intuitive, Easy to Manage Proxy, perfect for our use case.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick support response, and the interface is very intuitive. Labeling or implementing a naming convention on all our proxy zones makes it easy for us to manage and incorporate into the virtual browsers we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, although we have a simple use case. We only use BrightData for residential proxies but lots of them.

We use Bright Data for US and European dedicated residential IP addresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright Data has spent a great deal of time learning our business to propose new and unique solutions that cater to our needs. They're a true domain expert, which allows us to focus on the output from their solution and trust the experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding what we wanted for more advanced solutions took a bit of time. Thankfully, the team at Bright Data invested the time to educate and bring us up to speed
