Great service, a bit costly compared to some other options, but worth the price.
What do you like best about the product?
GOIP works great. We've had resolved a few of our issues when we starting using brightdata proxies
What do you dislike about the product?
I would rather pay a flat monthly fee for a certain number of the residential proxies than pay per gb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way the proxies work (group of ips) does exactly what we need it to do.

I really liked the customer support manager that was assigned to me and thought she was very helpful in getting things done.
Went to an event they organized in New York and met some of the management too, and thought that with such a strong team - there's no way they will not rule the world soon! :-)

What do you dislike about the product?
Because they have a lot of new customers and they keep developing new features, you might be stuck sometimes in a bit of a backlog which makes it a bit slower to get things done. But I'm sure this will be solved soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily find data on the Internet without limits. Sometimes it's great to convert website information into consumable data and brightdata really helps with that.

Highly recommended. Make sure you clearly state what you need and the support will be there to help.

Great Service, Amazing Connection!
What do you like best about the product?
Bright data has been a great support and an amazing asset to our business. We are using bright data via Multilogin and connection speed, uptime, and security are second to none. Would recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be improved is Whitelisting part of IPs. Maybe instead of whitelisting, if the only thing needed to be done is blacklisting, would help a lot. As whenever WiFi restarts or we switch places, whitelisting is needed to be done again.

We are using Brightdata to run digital part of our business smoothly.

Bright Data's services lack good trial periods for small users.

Bright Data cares about their customers. They are the most flexible proxy provider we had to deal with.

KYC process is quite extensive, but just because they care about their reputation and quality of service.

We use Bright Data as one of the proxy providers to introduce more redundancy in our infrastructure.

Great residential and mobile proxy zones, and a pay as you go play.

Some zones are automatically disabled if we don't use them for a while.

The professional platform has kind staff, great support (Roee and Meir), good quality products/ services, reliable partnership.

Not flexible, only want to have more commitment, typical profit first customer second. Services were down too many times in 2021.

We have an agency managing social media profiles, We struggle a lot because of a lot of fakes Proxies that lead to suspension of our clients accounts, till I found out about brightdata our process is very smooth now working with Brighdata proxies.

Pricing is little bit high, I hope they add another pricing model.
