Try to live in a world of web crawling without Bright Data, you'll see it'll be hard one.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Bright Data, formerly Luminati, for more than 8 years and during this long-term journey, we have managed to solve millions of problems. They managed to build a stable proxy solution that put together several types of proxy solutions. This has allowed us to use it wisely and also helped us to avoid paying for unneeded stuff. Every time we get any issue with the service and a problem that we haven’t solved in the past, they are always here to cooperate with us and help us with a working solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything in mind that we do not like about Bright Data. Some reviews mention and dislike the pricing, but in fact, we have found that Bright Data is really open to finding the best possible solution to prevent overpaying from the customer side. As well, they proactively inform customers about “strange” traffic, which helps to prevent us from spending money on burned incidents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single point of solution for proxies (from mobile-residential, over residential to data-centres) with great support and willingness to help customers to solve their problems and not just things directly connected to their products. Their ability to customize settings on their side is amazing. It really helps with solving ad-hoc issues we come across from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
The proxy solutions provided are way better in comparison to other proxy service providers. The follow up service is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost factor can be re looked into. Also, while the follow up services are good, the response time in terms of having a direct interaction to resolve a problem can be made a bit more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with respect to fetching data from websites of other countries with minimal blockades.
Bright Data provides the most efficient residential proxy network we have ever seen.
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and dedicated customer support. We can always email our account manager and get an immediate response to develop new products or adjust previous developments. Also, we can count on our collectors being maintained.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing system operates by calculating the total usage of services within a billing cycle, typically a month. Each service has a specific rate, and the total cost is the sum of all services used. To plan your budget, review the previous month's usage, estimate any changes in service needs, and add a buffer for unexpected expenses. This will help determine the amount to add to your account monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide collectors developed to mine data from web pages, provide proxy infrastructure to scale our own bulk requests to web APIs efficiently and quickly. Also, download ready-to-use databases.
Very satisfied with the Bright Data's products
What do you like best about the product?
Bright Data was very helpful during our onboarding. Their experts were very reactive and we used their products very easily and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to blame against Bright Data for now.

Bright Data helps us to bypass the security of our concurrent websites, by providing us IP Addresses and algorithms to pass concurrent websites antibots.

- The VPN service is well designed with different tiers of service modes; you can easily pick the one that suits your need and budget
- They really have the customer in mind. During onboarding, there was an issue that caused slow traffic and cannot be remotely diagnosed; they sent dedicated personnel on site on short notice, more than thousands of miles away, to quickly resolve the problem.
- Competitive pricing. We surveyed quite a few service providers and BrightData has the best ROI in our opinion

- I hope the tired pricing can be even more budget friendly (e.g. when you double your usage, you should get a 20% discount)
- The local VPN manager software can be a bit more stable (we tinkered with it for quite a while to make it work)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large scale VPN service. We need quite a lot of VPNs for our business need and they provide robust service. It's also really easy to scale up and refresh the IPs.
Great for data collection
What do you like best about the product?
As a leading E-commerce company, Bright Data provides us with a user-friendly customer panel with good UI. The products also give excellent and stable quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The products' prices are more expensive compared to other providers. Could be better if it is more cost-effective

Bright Data meets our needs when doing data collecting and downsizes errors and minimizes the ratio of being blocked.
Good at what they do
What do you like best about the product?
Bright Data has solved a lot of the standard issues everyone faces when using proxies to scrape data off the open internet. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and has been quick and generous when it comes to sharing their expertise to assist in our scraping efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
This seems a little silly to require negative feedback. I have none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing and managing data center IPs for scraping. Providing a clean interface to request proxied scrapes.
Bright Data is new future.
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of data collect and statics problem solution allow to integrate the data to the business need, data collection make easiest now with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
GUI can be more user friendly where first user can intrect without any further training, it should be ready to use and able to start from first day. It should more faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is the biggest issue now days, and data collection for different purposes is essential nowdays, simple dat collection makes easy now, bussiness boost by double time.

Strongly recommends data collection and extraction tool for business and have get more clients beacuse of this.
Support is always working really well solving our problems.

Quick responses and in some cases to talk directly and very easy with tech people who very quickly advice when issues. This last time talked with Ori Goren-Bar who helped us to realize about a SSL cert problem

Proxies are not so good as they say they are and many times things just improve after raising support tickets

We use Bright Data for proxying some requests

I got an error response due to an HTTP connect request. In the 502 error response, a link to their support bad was provided (Bad port) but this link was broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web scraping from different IPs. We need to get data from different parties and sometimes we get rate limited so using multiple IPS can prevent that.
