What do you like best about the product?
Vast array of data and great UI and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue was saving a query string during prototyping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to recent social media posts supporting academic projects and research using natural language processing and machine learning.
Effortless Data Enrichment with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I used Bright Data to enrich a large dataset of user profiles, and it allowed our team to have better insights on our users and provide a better offering. It's super easy and fast to get results, and they have a great CX team for any questions we had. We're a non-technical team, so the ability to get what we needed quickly and return to focusing on our core offering was awesome. The initial setup was incredibly easy with a super intuitive no-code setup. I would rate Bright Data a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

I used Bright Data to enrich a large dataset and gain better insights, improving our service. It's incredibly easy and no-code, which is perfect for our non-technical team to get results fast and focus on core offerings.
Effortless Setup, Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Bright Data very easy to set up and get started with. The Playground feature is amazing. I appreciate that the customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to solve issues. Most other proxy sites are dummies, but Bright Data is legit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions on a few websites like YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bright Data for scraping, load testing, and server diagnostics because it enables proxies without much setup and is very easy to get started.
Easy-to-Use APIs, Straightforward Setup, and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The APIs are easy to use, and the platform is straightforward to set up. It’s also simple to manage and monitor infrastructure day to day. On top of that, the support staff are very friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most valuable resources are closely guarded, so users have to provide additional details about their organization and use case before they can access them. That extra hoop can be a bit of a hassle, but it ultimately feels like a small price to pay for the assurance that shared resources aren’t tainted by other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bright Data's services help our organization source large volumes of publicly available criminal justice and corrections data at scale. Our ultimate goal is to use that data to help people with past convictions restore and exercise their right to vote, and having a reliable way to rotate proxies makes that work more manageable and sustainable.

Bright Data's tools have enabled us to gather social media data at scale. We have found that when we have questions, their customer service team responds quickly and is very helpful.

Very little. It may be worth noting that some tools require data science skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright Data is rock-solid, but the real superpower is their support. I had a tricky issue and Shemi fixed it like a Christmas miracle 🎄 Fast replies, clear steps, problem solved.

All is good, it's the best proxy provider!

What do you like best about the product?
We use bright data via the bright initiative. The product is robust, scales very well, and provides simple APIs that meet our needs. The contacts at the bright initiative have been tremendously responsive and supported our mission from start to finish!
What do you dislike about the product?
Bright data exposes API keys very easily, which would pose a security concern if we had a credit card attached to the account. They don't provide fine-grained permissioning either.
