Excellent Proxy service with customer focused support
What do you like best about the product?
Personalized solutions, flexible pricing, high-quality proxies, a variety of proxy products, high service management capabilities (e.g. detailed and comprehensive API)
What do you dislike about the product?
Non-obvious limitations (e.g. unlimited bandwidth is actually not that unlimited but rather high) and complexity of proxy infrastructure (in terms of pricing) - these may lead to unexpected overspending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide range of problems has been solved using Bright Data products, such as website parsing, search engines result pages scraping. Different purposes may require separate specialized proxy product.

I solved many problems using Bright Data which saved my time and money.
Bright Data allowed us to regain access to sites we had issues with.

The dashboard allows us to see our web traffic easily and the interface for setting up IPs is very easy to use. The support center is very quick to respond.

Can create custom data collectors easly, and the proxy is billed on demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to buy datasets requires contacting them directly. It would be better to have an automatic way to buy datasets, even better if is also posible to filter and just buy a subset.

Bright Data is an easy solution that can operate at a minimum IT knowledge. it's so much flexible in-service time. this product interface is up to date and finds solutions easily.

It would be well, Right now didn't find any problems with registration and use of service. this product price is more than similar products but their service much better than others.

Bright data has helped me with public data collection. I can run the digital part of my work smoothly.

Unique pricing and a powerful SaaS solution makes Bright data different from others and the information is highly valuable. Competitors pricing is usually high with limited info

For beginners it is vey complex to use and the manual account acitivation is also one of the dislike. The complexity of the page can be reduced by tutorials to customers

Sometimes the data you are looking for on a page isn't here.
But after a quick ticket, it's fixed.
I feel like the curl example page could have more features, for example, POST request.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find the categories of products, for that we have to look on the vendors' websites.
We would be kicked by these websites instantly if we tried on our network.

Without question the best proxy provider/solution out there
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of their residential proxies is simply better than any other provider. We have tried bright data's proxies against many other services and the success rate with bright data is always higher. Their "unblocker" product is also amazing, it takes a lot of the work that we used to do internally and lets them handle it, letting us spend our time and energy on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is an issue (rarely, especially as of late), their public page that displays service outages will say everything is fine when infact their systems are indeed having issues (and thus we go hunting for an error internally when the problem actually is not with us). That being said, even google and AWS are bad about this sort of thing themselves. I'll also reiterate that bright data very rarely has these issues (I can't recall any in the last 6+ months)!
The price is also slightly higher than competitors but is absolutely worth it to have a rock solid solution.
