What do you like best about the product?
Thank Oxana Novopashina for her personalized & friendly support! We're very happy with BrightData, everything works as intended :) Their servers are very fast. Oxana had everything prepared & ready for us 1 hour after our call! She's knowledgeable about BrightData's product and is able to advise us on the best way to accomplish what we wanted to do. Communication is superb. If I have any questions, she's always there to support us via Skype. Thanks again for the great service! Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. the pricing maybe a bit pricier. but their IPs are definitely high quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very efficient and since I start use their service, I didn't have more problems with scrapping

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Bright Data around 6 months ago and it gave us a growth leap for our business. You can easily handle with services Bright Data provides even with a minimum knowledge of IT. Moreover, once you start your journey with Bright Data they immediately provide you with a manager who will assist you anytime and anywhere. Our manager Pedro Silva is one of the best managers we've ever met. He is very polite and at the same time is very professional which gives more than 5 stars. He assists us very fast in case of any troubles and provides us quick solutions for any problems. And finally, we would like to mention that Bright Data doesn't use aggressive marketing where usually companies send hundreds of trash emails every month. They will send you only important emails.

I mostly liked the customer support. Also, it's the best option for our purpose.

The service is not cheap, and we had to settle for another pricing plan instead of what we intended to in the first place.

No critical deficiencies identified. There were slight difficulties with paperwork, but the managers solved the issue quite quickly.

Quality proxy servers with fast response times and custom settings

Everything about proxies is available and crystal clear—very good and personalized support.

Very expensive. It's hard to make it profitable from a business point of view. Maybe I'm not the target market.

Bright Data helped me with my facebook business accounts when i got banned on my own ips.

Responsible provider, the team is highly knowledgeable, and customer support is direct and well organized

dashboard login procedure recently became tedious and repetitive (i.e. can't keep a long session), often asked for 2nd level confirmation, keep receiving emails about "new login", although I always log in from my main machine

Edarl and the Bright Data team made my experience extremely easy and gave me a step by step guide on how to be successful with them.

I wouldn't change anything except I would increase my plan limit soon!
