Been unable to resolve critical issues due to unresponsive support despite a smooth setup

How has it helped my organization?
The Validator was easy to set up using their interface. I did not encounter any problems initially, but 29 days later, my validator stopped working because the beacon node provided by Launchnodes was faulty. I have been trying all day to contact someone to get this fixed. No one shows up in the chat, and emails go unanswered.
What is most valuable?
The ease of setup is the best feature of the solution.
What needs improvement?
There are no changes needed in the interface, but their customer service is horrible. If you have a problem, it is extremely difficult to get any help. I scheduled a chat, but no one showed up to talk to me. I also sent an email, but I never received a response.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I was staking with Kiln until they experienced a security breach.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Pricing is acceptable when the solution works properly.

What other advice do I have?
Their customer service is absolutely abysmal, and that's putting it nicely. They do not reply to emails sent to support@lauchnodes.com, nor do they show up for scheduled chat appointments. If there is a problem, you are completely on your own. I would not use them for this reason alone. Although the product they offer is good, the absence of technical support when things go wrong means they should be avoided at all costs.
