Catchpoint is very flexible and also provides logs for troubleshooting purposes. It helps us fix issues within the SLAs signed with the end users. The tool is easy to learn.

It would be great if Catchpoint could incorporate its alerting system instead of relying on separate tools like ServiceNow.

The product is flexible and good. We receive alerts through various channels like CRM, and directly from Catchpoint and Sumo Logic. These alerts prompt us to investigate and troubleshoot issues in real-time on our production servers. I rate it an eight out of ten for its flexibility.

The best thing i saw in catchpoint is, it is user friendly, easy to navigate and identify issue in simpler way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i do not see any challenges in the tool.

Catchpoint help me checking and solving the issues related to my application performance and it helps me in troubleshooting issues, if any occoured.
It also helps to identify any upcoming maintenances of my application, so that we can prepare immediate action accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently we see there are lot of new features getting updated in Catchpoint, one of the best thing I see is Artificial Intelligence enabled features which was completely AI driven, Catchpoint has also been expanded Globally with multiple Nodes spread across multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not simple as expected, there is some room for User Interface simplification, this can be improved. And Cost is also too much high, it can be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catchpoint helps to catch the performance issues for any specific application, Points allocation for a specified group really helps to work on the tests based on the allocated usage.

Well defined UX, easy to understand and deploy test runners, and easy alerting mechanisms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very UX intensive that sometimes trying to get to a particular view gets difficult. Having an accompanying chatbot/searchable documentation will be helpful to streamline the process of navigating to the desired views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catchpoint helps detect issues with our web application in production. We use it to login to our portal and verify if login succeeds as expected. It helps catch any kind of outages well in time so that our engineering teams can quickly jump into action if there's an outage in any region. It also misfires a lot, but our team is willing to take misfired alerts so as to be sure to detect any potential outage.
Great observability tool for reporting to stakeholders
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use once setup, and we like it because it helps us understand global application performance on a per-node basis. No experience with their customer support teams, but the breadth of data available and granularity of testing criteria make this a great tool for any team needing observability and monitoring. We find ourselves using it almost every day to deal with things that come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed is sometimes lacking - UI can be clunky although it's customizable to a degree.

Helps us understand how our infra is performing for internal and external stakeholders, making management and troubleshooting easier.
