What do you like best about the product?
Meraki is a great solution in Cloud managed service for administrators. It's easy to manage via Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
After license expired, it's big issue to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Meraki solution is helpful a lot to manage the devices. We don't need to go onsite for implementation.

Without a discount, the price point can be high, and the devices won't work without a support license

Centralized portal to manage all Network from single location

Nothing everything is good, we have not seen anything that we can dislike about the product.

Cisco Meraki has solved the problem of managing several network devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, single pane of glass across multiple sites.

On the expensive side and supply chain issues at the moment are awful.

Previous switches had zero traffic management analytics.
Meraki's Okay but RMA process is crooked, in my opinion

Single pane of glass is a real thing. Software works well.

Usual Cisco RMA BS. Been waiting on a refund for 2 months.

Wanted to move away from traditional Cisco infrastructure and CLI
The devices are well priced and very powerful with an easy to use interface

The granular control that it provides over settings in the firewall menu help us a lot in controlling what applications people can and cannot use in the office network environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The switches are very expensive, defeats the whole purpose of it being an accessible and affordable platform for small and medium businesses. If the business was big, we would move on to Cisco switches. So Meraki is the middle ground for us. We would like some better pricing options with some of the hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The m ain network manageability issues that we were facing with cheaper Ubiquiti hardware have been solved by Meraki's MX85 at a little bit higher price but for much better service. We are still in the market for some managed switches though.
