Robust Integration, Easy Setup, Needs Documentation Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) has a robust number of functionalities to interface with many different types of systems. I personally use HTTP snaps to iterate through an API call of data from our call center system, massage it, and combine it with SQL query snaps to bring all the data together and deposit it into our Power BI systems. It was pretty easy to set up. Once the accounts for each data connection were set up, it's pretty easy to connect to those systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documentation can be a little vague or not demonstrate what all fields need to be filled in or what those fields mean or represent. Better images, search returning results based on the most recent snap name and not the name of the snap two or three versions ago. Sometimes I can't actually find what I need because the name has changed and I don't know what the snap used to be called.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) to process data from multiple sources, integrating SQL Server and API interfaces for holistic call center data reporting.

Intuitive UI, Powerful Integration Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new monitor UI of SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP), which brings amazing new features that enhance my workflow effectively. The introduction of the asset catalog is particularly valuable, allowing me to easily identify which accounts operate on specific pipelines, which streamlines monitoring and management processes. Additionally, the enriched notification center with its innovative alert functionalities significantly improves my ability to stay informed and respond quickly to changes. The initial setup of SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) was straightforward and hassle-free, which made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. I am confident in recommending SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) to colleagues, especially when they deal with significant data volume projects, as it would be a perfect 10/10 match for such use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am dissatisfied with the inability to assign tasks to specific nodes in SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP). When a node exceeds CPU or memory limits, I cannot easily reroute tasks to a node with less usage, sometimes leading to tasks running on overburdened nodes again. Additionally, I would find it helpful if the platform allowed me to set scheduled tasks to run on designated nodes, improving resource allocation and utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) to solve issues from SFTP connections to APIs and enjoy the benefits of a new monitor UI with features like asset catalog and rich notification center.

I truly appreciate how easy it is to use SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP), which allows me to accomplish virtually anything I want to do with data effortlessly within a SnapLogic pipeline. The platform's versatility significantly enhances its value to me, as it efficiently handles tasks like pulling hourly data from our call campaign system, updating our data warehouse, and ensuring seamless communication between systems. This capability to manage intricate processes in one cohesive SnapLogic pipeline is genuinely impressive. Furthermore, the integration with various systems such as Genesys, Snowflake, GCP Big Query data warehouse, ScriptMed, and SharePoint has been seamless, supporting diverse operational needs. The initial setup was notably straightforward, making it accessible and user-friendly from the onset. Overall, SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) has proven to be an invaluable tool, warranting my highest recommendation with a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building the mapper JavaScript statements can be quite painful, particularly for tasks that intuitively seem straightforward, such as determining daylight savings time. Additionally, the AI assistant does not perform as well as expected, as it has a tendency to hallucinate and provide invalid syntax statements. This indicates that the AI assistant might not be well-trained in validating the specific syntax required for SnapLogic's JavaScript functions and usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) solves data API scheduling issues our vendors couldn’t, enables efficient monitoring through reporting, and delivers numerous reports for contractual obligations. Its ease of use and comprehensive data handling in pipelines enhance our data processes significantly.
A Short Review From an Integrator Role based User
What do you like best about the product?
It had all the necessary Options/ Multiple Categorized Snaps to design any ETL Process by reading to and from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading of the any large pipeline in design mode takes time. and sometimes during executing of the pipelines the allotment of the Snaplex Cluster node is unable to allocate resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To design Batch processing of the client data sends in csv formate by makinhg an application/product specific API calls. basically, for ETL processing.

What do you dislike about the product?
SnapGPT still needs additional improvements before it can truly achieve its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To improve SnapGPT, I would like to be able to describe my integration problem and have it generate a base pipeline that I can build upon. At the moment, I mainly use SnapGPT for writing expressions, as trying to use it for anything else often leads to confusion and wasted time.

Review for Snaplogic
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about SnapLogic IIP is its intuitive, low-code interface that makes building and managing integrations much faster and more accessible. The wide range of pre-built connectors (Snaps) significantly reduces development time, and the AI-powered assistant, Iris, helps streamline pipeline creation with smart suggestions. I’ve also found its support for both real-time and batch processing very useful for handling diverse integration needs. Plus, its flexibility across cloud and on-prem environments, along with the ease of implementation and strong monitoring and governance features, makes it a reliable choice for enterprise-scale integration. Platform has incredible customer support which makes it a perfect choice for a daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SnapLogic is a powerful integration platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, the platform can become a bit overwhelming when managing very large or complex pipelines—especially when debugging or tracing data flows. Also, while the visual interface is user-friendly, it sometimes lacks the flexibility that more code-centric tools offer for advanced logic or custom transformations. Lastly, the documentation, though extensive, can occasionally be inconsistent or not detailed enough for edge cases, which means relying more on community forums or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic has helped solve several key integration challenges for us. It’s been especially effective in streamlining data movement between cloud and on-prem systems, which used to be time-consuming and error-prone. The platform’s ability to support both real-time and batch processing has improved our data availability for analytics and reporting. Also, by using pre-built Snaps and the visual interface, we’ve reduced development cycles and dependency on custom code. Overall, it’s helped us improve agility, reduce integration costs, and deliver data-driven insights faster.
