A Smooth Experience with SnapLogic

  • June 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SnapLogic has made my data tasks much smoother and faster. The platform has a clean layout, and I was able to build pipelines without needing to write too much code. What I like the most is the ease of use, especially for someone who doesn’t come from a hardcore coding background. It connects well with different systems, which shows the strong ease of integration it offers. The number of features available also helped me explore various ways to automate my workflows. It saves both time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the initial learning curve it took some time to fully understand how to build more complex pipelines. The tool itself is powerful, it would help if there were more guided tutorials for beginners. Also, sometimes responses from customer support are a bit delayed when facing tricky issues. While the Ease of Implementation is good once you're familiar, the first few steps can feel a bit confusing. My frequency of use is medium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic is helping me bring data from different places into one flow without much manual work. Earlier, I had to switch between tools or write scripts to move data between systems. Now, I can use SnapLogic to automate those steps, which saves a lot of time and reduces mistakes. It also helps in building clear and flexible pipelines that make it easier to manage data tasks. Because of this, I can focus more on analyzing data instead of spending hours just collecting and preparing it.

SnapLogic Makes Data Integration Easy and Fast

  • June 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SnapLogic is very user friendly, which makes it easy for me to get my work done. The ease of use is a big plus. It didn’t take long to set up, and the ease of implementation made the first steps smooth. I use the platform regularly because it helps with many tasks. There are plenty of tools and options, so the number of features is just right. Also, when I connected it to other systems, the ease of integration made everything work well together. The customer support team was also helpful when I needed guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the platform has a lot of features, it can be hard to find the right one for the job. So, the number of features can feel like too much at times. Also, while the ease of use is good overall, a few parts of the tool could be made simpler. For new users, the ease of implementation might be tricky without some guidance. I think the customer support is helpful, but it would be better if they replied faster during busy times. Still, I use it often because the ease of integration saves time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic helps connect different apps and systems without needing a lot of coding. Before, it was hard to move data from one place to another, and it took a lot of time. Now, the process is much faster and smoother. It also helps with automation, so we don’t have to do everything by hand. This saves time, reduces mistakes, and helps me and my team work better. It makes our daily work easier and helps us finish tasks quicker.

Simplifying Data Integration with SnapLogic

  • June 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SnapLogic IIP is how easy it makes complex integrations. The platform has a clean, drag-and-drop interface that saves a lot of time, even for people who aren't expert coders. I really appreciate the large number of pre-built connectors they help connect different applications and data sources quickly without needing to build everything from scratch.

SnapLogic also supports real-time and batch data processing, which is great because it works for many use cases. The platform is fast, reliable, and scales well as the data grows. I also like that it helps automate workflows, which makes everyday tasks smoother and reduces manual work and I like it's ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SnapLogic is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be better. First, the ease of implementation can vary. For basic integrations, it’s smooth, but for more complex setups, it can take time to fully understand , mainly for new users.

Another area is customer support. While they are generally helpful, response times can sometimes be slow, especially when dealing with urgent issues. Faster and more proactive support would make a big difference.

Lastly, the frequency of use might drop if you’re only working on occasional projects, as some features can be hard to remember without regular use. A more guided user experience or in-app tips would help keep things intuitive even after a break.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SnapLogic, building ETL pipelines was slow and needed a lot of coding. Now, I can create and manage data flows quickly using the drag-and-drop features. It helps me pull data from different sources, clean it, and load it where it's needed all without much effort. This saves time and reduces errors.

For API management, SnapLogic makes it easy to create and manage APIs that connect different systems. I don’t need to write a lot of code, and everything is more organized and secure. This helps our teams share data between apps smoothly and in real time.

SnapLogic makes both ETL and API tasks faster and easier. It helps me focus on solving problems instead of managing tools.

SnapLogic-Integration tool with Low-Code Power

  • April 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SnapLogic is how easy it is to set up and start using—it doesn’t take much time or technical skills, which is perfect for smaller teams or just a few users. We use it pretty often because it saves time and simplifies connecting different apps and data sources. The ease of integration is a big plus—it works smoothly with a wide range of systems, and that really helps non-technical users get things done faster without needing help from developers. The built-in tools and smart suggestions make building workflows quick and smooth. Plus, their customer support has been really helpful whenever we had questions, which makes the whole experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about SnapLogic is that the pricing is a bit high for individual like me. Also, while the platform is user-friendly, some of the more advanced features can take time to learn. Occasionally, error messages aren’t very clear, which makes troubleshooting a bit tricky. It would be great if there were more in-depth tutorials or guides for complex use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic is helping us connect different apps and systems easily, without needing a lot of technical knowledge or extra help from the IT team. Before, it took a lot of time and effort to get everything working together, but now, we can set things up quickly and manage them without hassle—even people who aren’t tech experts can use it.

It’s benefiting us by saving time, making our work smoother, and helping us automate tasks. We can get things done faster, respond to changes more easily, and keep everything running well without complicated setups.

Ease of use and and the rapid development time that the platform and specifically Snap Packs enable. This also gives SnapLogic a massive amount of depth
What do you dislike about the product?
The push from SnapLogic to HTTP Client from Rest Snap Packs has been understandable, however there is no easy way to tell the type of CRUD process performed just by looking at the colour of the Snap

Essential for all my work, SnapLogic enables seamless data connectivity and remapping to allow for a wide variety of problem solving

Easy to use, powerful tool

  • April 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use SnapLogic daily, and find that it is very easy to get a project started from scratch, and quickly implement your idea to something that can be used in a production setting. It integrates very easily with many other software offerings, making it a very flexible and powerful, plus with the additional features of built in execution monitoring, its easy to identify and troubleshoot.
The customer support team are always quick to reply and provide a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that there is anything I specifically dislike about the platform, however it would be nice to see a catalog of tips and tricks for using the platform, which could be sourced from the Integration Nation or support tickets. For example, having 2 tables in an email, or having a table and additional non table data presented in an email. If there was a section similar to the Pattern Library that fulfilled this role, and was searchable containing various SnapLogic or user (but verified) tips, I think I would find myself using it a lot and contributing where I can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the product being a low code solution, its so easy to build and test a process or integration very quickly, saving a lot of additional effort.
