Adequate but not there yet
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. Enabling our team to build integration solutions in SnapLogic been very easier compared to other tool. The learning curve is quite small.
Its modern. We didn't find the baggage of ESB/ETL with snaplogic. Its a fresh thinking of integration solution and it works most of the cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support. Coming from the coding background, I can see there are issues, for instance SFTP connections are not optimal and its the most used connection while we deal with bulk and batch data processing. The support team response were very primitive, they are not able to identify the issue even pointed at the right direction. Since this is fairly new product there are bugs when you go deeper, the support team are not skilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations which falls under bulk or batch data integrations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool helps 80 to 90% of straight forward integration requirements. But things gets complicated when you have complex requirements. There are bugs (like any other product), be cautious if your requirements are complex.
