Terrible support from IBM, impossible to get the product ready after purchasing the license

We are about to meet 1 month waiting for the product setup after acquiring the license here in the Marketplace.

Several emails, phone calls, tickets raising on diverse platforms, and NO one at IBM is really keeping track of getting your setup ready, it looks like nobody really cares about small customers coming from AWS.

I don't recommend getting the product from the marketplace if your need is urgent, we expect someday soon to have our account ready, but for large size businesses it looks like going directly with an IBM partner is the best option.
