Expensive, but the most professional way to transfer and store media

Widely accepted by major studios, tells your clients you are serious.

A big step up on price if you are used to Dropbox or google drive prices. Quota gets dinged for upload and download, so 1TB doesn't go all that far

Never faced any downtime for the services.

On demand services. Always show high up time. Don't faced sny down time or denial of services.

Slow loading speed sometimes, but i believe this is due to low servers provided by my company.

Many things such as our P&H calculator, pushing for bills, time-card entries, etc.

Document-sharing options for clients outside the company are among the features. This is a fantastic tool, especially if you manage a number of vendors who require restricted access to your product. You can share specialized programming access papers with them using Aspera.

Terrible support from IBM, impossible to get the product ready after purchasing the license
We are about to meet 1 month waiting for the product setup after acquiring the license here in the Marketplace.
Several emails, phone calls, tickets raising on diverse platforms, and NO one at IBM is really keeping track of getting your setup ready, it looks like nobody really cares about small customers coming from AWS.
I don't recommend getting the product from the marketplace if your need is urgent, we expect someday soon to have our account ready, but for large size businesses it looks like going directly with an IBM partner is the best option.

Exceptionally simple to design, execute, control, and backing.
Features include document-sharing choices for clients outside the organization. This is an extraordinary feature particularly assuming you manage various vendors who require limited admittance to your product. Aspera permits you to share specific programming access documents with them.

The issue is with version control, there are successive solicitations that go along to refresh to the most recent rendition. This turns into a test assuming that you use Aspera nonstop. Any updates will end Aspera's utilization and this can make functional shortcomings.

The cloud storage and data backup. The major benefit is the cost-effectiveness and fast transfer of large files to the cloud which in turn enhances productivity.

Aspera is shockingly fast. It's my video company's go-to software for getting large color renders very quickly for an efficient conform & turnaround.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about Aspera is the cost - but it makes sense that it costs so much. I am typically the receiving client so I do not pay for it how I use it, fortunately!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aspera helps keep workflows efficient. Rather than waiting hours for files to upload and download, or shuttling a hard drive across town, it's two easy clicks of a button to get the files downloaded, at least twice as fast as our regular internet would allow.
