What do you like best about the product?

Cheaper in terms of less data transfer , but costly if it is a continous traffic flow

When my office uses SIEBEL & Solidworks , IBM Aspera comes in Handy.Also, IBM Cloud integrate well with IBM Aspera and data transfer is really really quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Interface with which cloud engineer controls the data is difficult to use due to several hidden drop down functions. Error logging / reporting could be better with offering from exceptions like packet size of 1 bytes losses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily integrates with IBM Cloud with further combines with Solidworks & AutoCAD. Great with batch processing of the data that needs to be automated and it is easy to do that.

Its a great quick system that has quick downloads and efficent workflows and really allow my workflow to be quick with multiple downloads for my video editing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links don't work for downloads and lag and then delay my workflow and sometimes it will just quit or the download links need to be resent multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lagging downloads or links but customer service is very helpful in solving delays.

A big step up on price if you are used to Dropbox or google drive prices. Quota gets dinged for upload and download, so 1TB doesn't go all that far

On demand services. Always show high up time. Don't faced sny down time or denial of services.

Slow loading speed sometimes, but i believe this is due to low servers provided by my company.
