Pretty easy and safe to use
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our information secure all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when we need to reset the authentication methods due to certain situations like changing our mobile device/number

It keeeps our information safe as we use a network that is not directly from Motorola Solutions

Navigation can be unintuitive at times, and occasional login timeouts disrupt workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves identity and access management challenges by centralizing authentication, enabling secure single sign-on, and enforcing multi-factor authentication—saving time, reducing security risks, and improving user productivity.
Useful tool to easily locate necessary tools you need to use in daily basis

can easily open the tools that I will be using everyday.

sometimes error there was an error or delay to open the app.

unlike with the other tools, in Okta, you will be able to see the tools youre going to use

The ease and security of logging into multiple tools that I use on a daily basis

I think that the code is sometimes enoing, maybe there should be an easier way to handle it

Centralized login for all the tools we currently use, and also now that we are implementing a MCP this had make things easier

It was one more gate in VG's system to access ny work material. It was VG's fault really.

I was an end-user. As described it was friendly enough to use.
Helpful SSO
What do you like best about the product?
Having an SSO in general is incredibly helpful, especially with all of the softwares and programs we have these days. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other password manager (in my experience), it can't seem to recognize the times I get my password wrong, and it still offers to save it to my passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many softwares and computer programs, it's impossible to remember they all exist, let alone remember complex, secure passwords for them. Okta streamlines our softwares into an easy to navigate dashboard, and allows me to sign into any and all of them by only going through one (multi-step) verification process through Okta.

okta is a best IDP. installation or integration is very easy in okta

nothing dislike in okta when you compare with other IDP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you want to search IAM so this one is best product in market also zero trust is best feature in this IDP. if you want to search SSO so this one is best.

super easy to use and reliable, single sign-on saves time and keeps everything secure. integration with apps is smooth and user management is simple. chrome extension to launch is great also

sometimes login prompts can feel repetitive especially if you dont set up push on each

it centralizes login across apps, reduces password resets (!), and improves security while saving time for both users and admins
Okta is the gold standard. Period

Excellent Resources. Compatibility with anything that supports SAML or OIDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account reps are only as good as the amount of money they are making off of you. (they could learn a thing or two from their competitors)
