Simplified Authentication with Top-Notch Security
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Okta because it provides access to new types of authentication like Multi-factor Authentication, which is really helpful and easier to implement. It ensures only our engineers can log in to the system, even if somebody knows the username and password, by integrating measures like OTP on phone and fingerprints, giving us a 360-degree assurance of authentication. The setup was way easier than we thought, thanks to ample available help online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like Okta a lot, they can come up with design options as well and some testing utility of them as well, which can tell how much your data is secured and what is not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta standardizes login across applications, reducing our reliance on senior resources for safe authentication. It simplifies access management and improves security with features like Multi-factor Authentication, ensuring only authorized engineers log in, even if login details are compromised.

Using Okta really helps to secure my log in credentials especially I am handling sensitive information.

Possibility to integrate other system and tools with a general access to everyone using Okta.

for now nothing, everything is great and they improved their platform

With Okta, we've been able to solve problems integrating many of the tools we use. I'd venture to say that 85% of the applications we use are integrated into Okta Access, and it also makes it easier for us to create accounts and automate processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralize access control for the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations may require more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company grow from 40 employees to over 200, we were having a lot of challenges with different SASS access and we needed a tool to manage and control access by groups and SSO. Using OKTA simplified the access and we are now able to add/remove employees to critical SASS in a very short time.

Nothing, Okta is really well made and easy to use.

Okta provides a great interface for identity management, as well as access control, and SSO. Having all of these wrapped into a single service is extremely helpful.

What I like best about Okta is the seamless access it provides to all our Anaplan tools from a single platform. I don’t need to log in separately to each application—Okta handles it all with secure single sign-on. The Okta Verify feature adds an extra layer of protection, making the entire experience both convenient and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
For large-scale teams like ours at Anaplan, even small delays in access provisioning can slow down productivity.

At Anaplan, this has significantly reduced the time spent managing logins across multiple platforms and tools. It ensures only the right people have access to the right systems, enhancing security and compliance. Okta’s automation also helps during onboarding and offboarding, improving efficiency for both IT and operations teams.
