Okta is a one stop shop for all of my companies necesarry apps. It's helpful because it eliminates all the guesswork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to login pretty often which is time consuming but it's for security.

Solving how my company accessess apps and allows me to know which apps I should be using.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is very easy to integrate with your system. Even a beginner who is not an expert in understanding SSO or IAM can use it without difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is per user per feature, which seems to be a bit expensive

In no time, we were able to integrate many applications to OKTA. The ease of integration made our life more simpler. UI is clear and helps us understand the process better.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how fast Okta gets me logged in and how it adapts well to every phone. I appreciate the ability to use my photo ID for signing in, which saves me from typing my password a million times. I love how it runs smoothly without any issues. Also, setting it up was super fast and simple, just logging in once and everything was good to go.

I use Okta to log in fast and easily while ensuring no unauthorized access to my work information. It saves me from repeatedly typing passwords by using photo ID and access code. I love its speed and adaptability to every phone.

What I like best about Okta is how easy it makes getting into everything I need. Having one secure login instead of multiple passwords saves time and frustration, and it’s reassuring to know there’s strong security in place without it feeling complicated. It really helps keep my day moving smoothly.

One thing I dislike about Okta is that the extra security steps, like multi-factor authentication, can sometimes feel repetitive or slow things down—especially when logging in multiple times a day. While I understand the importance of security, it can occasionally interrupt the workflow.

Okta solves the problem of managing multiple logins and passwords by giving one secure place to access all the tools I need. The dashboard is great for managing access and applications, providing a kind of self-service experience that's really handy. With single sign-on (SSO), it's amazing because there's absolutely zero re-authentication needed. It's a centralized hub that simplifies our workflow by offering search-based application access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller organizations might not be able to manage cost. A few security breaches but all resolved now. Setup was a bit complex but the Okta team supported us.

I use Okta for centralized authentication, eliminating manual onboarding and offboarding. It offers easy distinction between internal and external users. The dashboard simplifies access with search-based application use, and SSO ensures zero re-authentication.
