Secure, Easy to Use, and Convenient Login Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides security and is easy to use. It also offers a lot of login options, which makes it more convenient overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that the account only allows one phone number to be the primary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to handle security without extra hassle, and it helps me log in to my work VPN.

Fast, Secure, and Seamless User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta because it's a really easy app to use, and it's fast and effective. I've never had any problems with it. I value the authorization technology and the mobile application I use to access it. The setup was incredibly straightforward and definitely faster than other similar products that I've used. I've probably had the least problems with it compared any other similar product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose on occasion, the codes that the authorization comes to are late, especially if I've tried to log in two times in a row. However, this a rare occurrence and is easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta increases security for my business logins and provides a seamless way of two-factor verification.
Nothing Else Can Beat This Software!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can securely sign into my work laptop + assorted desktop stations at any office, and the only way for it to be verified is through my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does take a second and adds an extra step to logging into our system, but I understand why when you get the prompt in the app you have to verify whether it was you or not who tried getting in. That's just a minor inconvenience though

Having an accessible 2-Factor authentication process to verify employee's identity for an extra layer of protection from our systems
One Dashboard for All Apps—Pre-Authenticated and Password-Free
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of bookmarking twenty different URLs and remembering twenty passwords, users have one dashboard with all my apps pre-authenticated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate having to authenticate when it’s tied to my phone. We’re not allowed to use mobile devices inside the office, so this makes it really inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the software and tools I use for work are in one place, and they’re already pre-authenticated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta has the mobile app with 2-step authentication and MFA codes. It's very secure, and making it mandatory for all users ensures that the organization is more secure. Implementing Okta to handle SSO logins was smooth, and connecting it to a Stytch-based platform was easy. The initial setup was also easy, and the documentation was helpful.

Everything has been smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta centralized user management, handling password resets and verifications, and eliminated our in-house solution need. The mobile app with 2-step authentication and MFA codes enhances security, making our organization more secure.
Streamlines Access Across Platforms Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I love Okta because it doesn't require me to sign in to each software individually, which saves me so much time. I just use my thumbprint to access the solution, and then I'm pretty much logged in to all of them. It helps me start my day off on the right note and saves time throughout my day without any friction or holdups while working. I also like the ease of use and find the Google Chrome add-on very helpful because it allows me to easily switch between different tools I use throughout my day, saving me time from not having to go through bookmarks to access specific software. The initial setup was very easy too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta saves me so much time by allowing me to access various software without logging into each one individually. I just use my thumbprint, which helps start my day smoothly and reduces friction. The Google Chrome add-on also saves time switching between different applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Okta makes identity fade into the background so I am able to sign in once, stay secure, and get on with my work without friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any downsides of Okta. It has been pretty seamless usage with multi-sign on capacity

Okta solves the mess of managing access across many apps by centralizing identity and security, which benefits me by reducing login friction while keeping access controlled and auditable.
Effortless Access with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta for logging in daily and accessing work-related apps. The Face ID feature for verifying my identity with Okta is nice, as it saves me the hassle of getting a text every time. The initial setup was very easy; all I needed was my phone.

Sometimes there are glitches or lags and then a bunch of codes will come in at once.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Okta is that it makes logging into work apps simple and secure. You can sign in once and access everything you need without remembering a bunch of passwords. It keeps accounts safe by adding extra security checks only when they’re needed. It also works smoothly with most tools companies already use. Overall, it just works in the background and makes everyone’s day easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that our Okta setup requires me to verify a code on my phone every time. If my phone is dead or I forget it, I’m completely locked out and can’t log in at all. It makes access too dependent on having my phone available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of having too many usernames and passwords by letting me log in once and access all my work apps. It keeps my accounts secure by adding extra protection, like verification steps, to prevent unauthorized access. This helps protect company data without me having to manage security myself. It also saves time because I don’t have to reset passwords or log into each app separately. Overall, it makes accessing work tools simpler and safer.
