What do you like best about the product?
Even if my passwords are known by someone, they cannot login without the accessing our mobile Okta verify app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the push notifications I receive from Okta are a bit slow, although they are straightforward to approve.

Even if someone knows my passwords, they still cannot log in without access to our mobile Okta Verify app.

What do you like best about the product?
Single sign-on reduces the need to remember multiple passwords, speeds up access to systems, and improves security through consistent authentication controls. It makes daily access to work tools quicker and more reliable, especially when switching between applications throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s an outage, MFA delay, or sync issue, access to multiple applications is affected at once, which can temporarily block work. The setup and troubleshooting process can also feel complex for non-technical users, especially when permissions or devices change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing secure access across multiple work applications. Instead of separate logins and passwords for each system, it provides a single sign-on with centralised identity and access control. I can access all work applications quickly and securely from one place, which saves time and reduces password fatigue. Multi-factor authentication improves security without adding friction, and centralised access means onboarding, offboarding, and permission changes are cleaner and more reliable.

I like how Okta is simple yet can still be improved with cataloging and changing my work for different needs with my residents. The initial setup was easygoing with no problems.

I have to enter the same password repeatedly as it incorrectly thinks it's wrong.

I use Okta to solve additional upkeep on suspicious activity. I like how it’s simple yet can still be improved with cataloging and changing my work for different needs with my residents.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta for two-factor authentication, and it provides a two-layer security for signing into the working apps I use at my company. It's easy to use, works smoothly, and never fails to give a sign-in prompt, helping me to securely sign in into my working apps like Workday, LMS platform, etc. The initial setup was very easy as well.

As of now there isn't anything, some design improvement would be good if done but it's working fine for me

Pricing is per user per feature, which seems to be a bit expensive

In no time, we were able to integrate many applications to OKTA. The ease of integration made our life more simpler. UI is clear and helps us understand the process better.

I really like how fast Okta gets me logged in and how it adapts well to every phone. I appreciate the ability to use my photo ID for signing in, which saves me from typing my password a million times. I love how it runs smoothly without any issues. Also, setting it up was super fast and simple, just logging in once and everything was good to go.
