Great software!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is an impressive tool that potentially could replace all the password management tools you got to use. Specifically, you will be accessing Okta with a password and Okta will allow you to access some software you'll need without the need of a different password. AMAZING
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta needs to expand and get more software. Okta for the majority of the time works as expected. Sometimes I wish the interface was a bit more userfriendly but it's getting better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is helping us being secure here in our Company. Okta allows us and the coworkers to access certain software without us using passwords and covering us with 2fa.

What do you like best about the product?
OKTA allows SAML SSO and custom SSO. There is a great library of existing plugins and allows several MFA options. Administration is pretty straightforward and integrations are pretty easy with Windows AD, Google, O365.
What do you dislike about the product?
OKTA requires an agent to be installed for AD integration as well as Radius integration. The agent requires a service account to run, however the service account does not seem to work with Group (or) Managed Services accounts. This is just an annoyance that will break things if the password changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing SSO for all apps making it easier for end-users to get access to applications. This increases security by putting everything behind an SSO with MFA. We also realized that we could secure our VPN as well VDI logins with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
OKTA Provides you simple way to Manage all the Apps on a single page and can we access them with a single click. The user interface is also very good. Very Secured way to Manage all the things in a Single Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it from last year not found any issue with it , because just using it for Authentication purposes only .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just for Authentication purpose only for Accessing other apps

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that all the sites and applications I use can be accessed from a single location. Additionally, they are secure, so your information is protected and well-cared for. You save time and effort by not having to open a new window for each app when you sign in with a single login. This maintains my browser tabs and virtual workspace organised. Adding additional applications is simple and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about this product; nonetheless, I lack time to study more about it. It is a versatile and handy product that facilitates user login and account management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We intend to continue placing our most utilized applications behind the Okta login. With this method, employees will have fewer passwords to remember. A person who has to remember many complex passwords throughout the day will find this helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Most apps are already in there and it allows lots of flexibility for non-integrated apps, also allows custom setup and workflows give the option to do automation for most of the basic task
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it can be a little clumsy and not very intuitives I think this is more like the issue that some external documentation can be outdated. this can cause some issues with automation as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation, user creation, SSO accounts, and Lycycle management. among others, also is easy for us the IT have everything in single location and easy to manage as well

keep in mind that not all apps are in there however you can create it, also there is a lot to grow so make sure you select the right plan

Ease to use, strong security, good way to test compatibility for apps and other platforms

Pricy, can be confusing to operate without proper manual on the side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, price is a major concern albeit the excellent performance in return. Complicated instructions can also be a turn off for newer users.

It logs me out after a few hours of inactivity.

With Okta, I can be able to access all web applications in one place.

If you want an effective and secured SSO that organize all your companys web applications then Okta is the perfect choice.

Not every service is compatible with Okta or it is very expensive. Also, it is a very gray area when something breaks between services. Okta not wanting to be responsive and other service not having enough experience or wanting Okta to fix it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a remote QA resource for a business bank and I like how easily I can access and login to all banking apps for testing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime different user roles can create confusion for the user regarding what access they have for available features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OKTA is helping to gain secure access for the apps under development. Testing team can follow with all validation/ verification process.
