What do you like best about the product?
Okta single sign has been a relief in Covid while we were all working from and the IT support was too worked up. The best thing about the product is it's so easy to set the permissions for a user. The scalability it provides is above PAR. The multiple customization options are the cherry on the cake. I recommend this tool to other organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing was getting a hang of the product at the initial stage due to the lack of information and documents available. I'd recommend to build more 'How to do' documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta adds an extra cushion of security above the already built secure environment which in turn is helping our Employees to protect personal and organizational level information.

The user interface of Okta is basic and needs improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Okta Verify is one of the secured MFA that Okta has to offer regarding their multifactor. It also has TOTP that can be used when your service does not have any internet connection
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides in using Okta is their support hotline you have to queue for a long time just to get help from their support but overall there no other downsides that I have experienced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides an additional layer of security to our servers and complies with most of our clients' needs to secure their networks. It can also help with the integration of different applications that we use.

Sai, mfa features helped most. Flow and implementation is too easy to understand

Need help finding tutorials , help understanding known issues other teams are facing. Not able to find all Expreessions for claims. May be my lack of understanding. Will look for more docs to gather info

Okta makes sure that all of the internal systems I use are safe by requiring two-step verification. When I add strong passwords, I feel like no one can access my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still thinking, but I can't figure out what I don't like about Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am attempting to find out how to integrate new applications into Okta to fix a problem. I can seek assistance from others, which is good, but I wish there were still a method to determine where I may go independently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worthwhile, if possible, to make it simple for the entire workforce to utilize programs without IT having to install them on each platform.

Acts as an SSO to login into a plethora of tools easily without the need for memorising multiple username password combinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, its an excellent tool for any organisation with so many tools in their tech stack.

Okta integration with active is really useful and helps to automate the systems and workflow, user friendly and easy to follow and implement in the daily work routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific is to dislike about OKTA integration, just a high net speed is required and daily check to avoid errors in reporting schedules and reports. easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta integration with Active systemized and organized the payroll and system automation, user-friendly app, easy to implement and bring in daily use for work automation.

Okta is very useful. I am able to access all of my work applications in one drop down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to request applications to be added to my Okta. I currently go through a separate IT ticket right now. Not sure if something like this is possible but would be cool to see!

Okta is helping me access work applications in one location. This is beneficial as I don't have to open and log into multiple apps to access what i need for work,

Okta is an impressive tool that potentially could replace all the password management tools you got to use. Specifically, you will be accessing Okta with a password and Okta will allow you to access some software you'll need without the need of a different password. AMAZING
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta needs to expand and get more software. Okta for the majority of the time works as expected. Sometimes I wish the interface was a bit more userfriendly but it's getting better!

Okta is helping us being secure here in our Company. Okta allows us and the coworkers to access certain software without us using passwords and covering us with 2fa.
