Very good SSO Tool, seemless experience. very fast and accurate.

this is SSO, this one reduces the size of emails and stress about multiple account maintenance.

I did not find any difficulties of this app, may be they can improve at UI level

this is solving biggest problem of me to maintain multiple accounts for multiple products, I can log into okta and can access all the products of my organization

I like it because it is easy to use, user friendly and very trustable app. You can add many accounts and keep your access safe.

Nothing so far. The app is working fine.

It is helping me to have safe access when I log in in my company's account.
Simplified Authentication with Top-Notch Security
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Okta because it provides access to new types of authentication like Multi-factor Authentication, which is really helpful and easier to implement. It ensures only our engineers can log in to the system, even if somebody knows the username and password, by integrating measures like OTP on phone and fingerprints, giving us a 360-degree assurance of authentication. The setup was way easier than we thought, thanks to ample available help online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like Okta a lot, they can come up with design options as well and some testing utility of them as well, which can tell how much your data is secured and what is not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta standardizes login across applications, reducing our reliance on senior resources for safe authentication. It simplifies access management and improves security with features like Multi-factor Authentication, ensuring only authorized engineers log in, even if login details are compromised.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Okta is how effortlessly it centralizes authentication. With Single Sign-On (SSO), I can access all my tools with just one login, which saves time and boosts productivity. It's also incredibly secure—features like multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive policies give me confidence that access is tightly controlled without being a hassle for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Okta is that the initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially for newcomers. Some settings and policies aren’t always intuitive, and documentation can be a bit dense when you're trying to troubleshoot specific use cases. It also occasionally feels like too many features are hidden behind additional licensing tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing secure access to multiple applications and systems, especially in a hybrid or remote work environment. It simplifies user onboarding and offboarding, enforces consistent security policies like MFA, and eliminates the need for managing dozens of passwords. For me, it means less time spent resetting credentials or worrying about unauthorized access and more focus on actual work, knowing our systems are protected.

Can give access to individual application,This provides flexibility of which apps do we really needs to provide access to certain user

Nothing as such for now, infact the best thing is I can access it securely from anywhere.

Possibility to integrate other system and tools with a general access to everyone using Okta.

for now nothing, everything is great and they improved their platform

With Okta, we've been able to solve problems integrating many of the tools we use. I'd venture to say that 85% of the applications we use are integrated into Okta Access, and it also makes it easier for us to create accounts and automate processes.
