Useful tool to easily locate necessary tools you need to use in daily basis

can easily open the tools that I will be using everyday.

sometimes error there was an error or delay to open the app.

unlike with the other tools, in Okta, you will be able to see the tools youre going to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Okta makes it to manage user access and enable single sign-on across all our apps. It’s secure, reliable, and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works well overall, but the admin dashboard could be more user-friendly and streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing multiple logins by providing a secure, centralized single sign-on (SSO) solution. This reduces password fatigue and improves security, saving our team time and hassle.

I think that the code is sometimes enoing, maybe there should be an easier way to handle it

It was one more gate in VG's system to access ny work material. It was VG's fault really.

What do you like best about the product?
Having an SSO in general is incredibly helpful, especially with all of the softwares and programs we have these days. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other password manager (in my experience), it can't seem to recognize the times I get my password wrong, and it still offers to save it to my passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many softwares and computer programs, it's impossible to remember they all exist, let alone remember complex, secure passwords for them. Okta streamlines our softwares into an easy to navigate dashboard, and allows me to sign into any and all of them by only going through one (multi-step) verification process through Okta.

Okta provides a very intuitive platform for managing identity and access across multiple applications. Its ease of integration with modern technologies and cloud environments makes implementation smooth. Multi-factor authentication and SSO are straightforward to configure, improving both user experience and security. I also appreciate the constant updates and strong documentation, which reduce onboarding time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the initial configuration can feel overwhelming due to the number of available features, and more advanced policies require technical expertise. Customer support response times could be faster in certain regions, and the pricing model may be challenging for smaller organizations. The UI could also be more flexible in terms of customization for enterprise branding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has allowed us to centralize authentication and identity management across multiple applications, which simplifies user provisioning and reduces the risk of human error. It ensures secure access for both internal and external users with strong MFA and SSO, eliminating the need to manage multiple credentials. By adopting Okta, we’ve improved compliance, enhanced the onboarding and offboarding process, and increased overall security posture while also saving time for administrators and end users.

Ease of Use : Ability to do fingerprint login with Okta Fastpass as really made the two factor authentication seamless.
Integrations: Okta connects easily with all enterprise tools allowing our organization to unify identity management without friction.

Sometimes Okta Verify goes into loops which results in entering the passwords again and again

Okta make MFA seamless for me and my team, we earlier used Duo Okta is much more reliable and faster to use

The peace of mind knowing that multi-factor authentication is quietly working in the background is a huge plus. Its like having a smart gatekeeper who never sleeps.
Also, the interface is clean and intuitive — even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. It just works, and that’s what I appreciate most. The integration is very easy as well.

while the setup is powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users or smaller teams without dedicated IT support. It’s not exactly plug-and-play.

Okta is solving the headache of managing multiple logins and keeping access secure and that’s a big win for me.
Before Okta, I had to remember different passwords for every app, and if I forgot one, it meant delays, resets, and frustration. Now, with Single Sign-On, I log in once and I’m good to go across all my work tools. It’s a huge time saver and makes my day smoother.
