What do you like best about the product?
Love the chrome extension to quickly access my apps and tools that I rely on each and every day to do my job quickly and efficiently. Okta keeps things secure and through all of this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes don't get the alert on my phone without manually opening the okta app which is seconds but this can add up over time. The tool overall is pretty effective and I don't have issues with it on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to access all my software in one spot in a secure and efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the formatting of Okta and how easy it amalgamates all of the resources and tools an organization may use in one space for its employees to easily access and remember all they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many times it makes you log in. Sometimes I have to log into Okta, then log into whichever resource up to 2 times. 3 times to log in is excessive and should be shortened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more easily accessed all my tools and resources as well as stayed organized and remembered each and every resource I have access to using to improve my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean app, reliable and easy to work with, predictable and push notifications are easily visible, dual factor authentication allows us to pass our SOX audit and HIPAA compliance

No complaints, I'm not an administrator so hard to speculate on ease of config or setup

VPN and security group administration, allows applications like snowflake to be integrated with active directory easily so we can manage new and terminated users via role based access
One of the best single sign-on for hybrid apps
What do you like best about the product?
The single sign-on feature. I am using it to sign in to Gmail, salesforce, mobile apps, and websites without any hassle.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too much security; when I reopen web apps in chrome, it always pushes me to do two-step authentications.
The password changing cycle is one month; even my bank account does not ask me to do that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the Okta homepage, Single sign-on for multiple apps and use a lot of apps hassle-free. It reduces the time for signing in separately for different apps.

My review on Okta
What do you like best about the product?
Okta provides a simple way to manage a lot of apps I use at work quickly. I like the user interface a lot. It just needs a single click on any app you want to visit, and it redirects you, thereby automatically logging with your Okta credentials. You can easily change the position of your apps by drag and drop or sort them according to the name or last added. On the sidebar, there is an option to add new apps, which sometimes needs you to raise a request managed by your company. There is also a notification catalog on the sidebar which notify about any changes in your Okta account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I found about Okta is that sometimes it requires me to log in again due to inactivity for a specific duration. Other than this, it just works great for my team and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO), by which we can log in and get access to any other services in our corporate network. It is integrated with GlobalProtect VPN; hence a connection to the PTP gateway is required before logging into the Okta service. Also, we frequently add new apps to the dashboard via Add App catalog to try out new services. We have also deployed our confluence page to put our work documents to help others, and someone can access it only after Okta sign-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta provides excellent service in terms of single sign-on to third-party services. Also, it offers additional security with an image that assures you are logging in to Okta and not a fraudulent website. Hence I highly recommend you to try this fantastic service.
Makes life a lot easier with SSO
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is brilliant when you use so many different tools and software in an organisation. It means I don't have to write down passwords and I can be granted access centrally through my work, very fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
When an application isn't on Okta, I am disappointed. I want to be able to login with everything there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management and security are problems solved. I find it saves time and makes me feel like everything is managed more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Okta auto-fills my passwords. It links all my apps and websites into one safe space. I like how there is a double security feature the connects your phone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it automatically logs me out after a certain period of time (for security, I'm sure), but this can be fixed by just logging back in. I wish that more apps were included in Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta saves me time and frustration by keeping all of my important passwords in one place. I can log in to work quickly and other frequently used work-related websites.
