My review on Okta
What do you like best about the product?
Okta provides a simple way to manage a lot of apps I use at work quickly. I like the user interface a lot. It just needs a single click on any app you want to visit, and it redirects you, thereby automatically logging with your Okta credentials. You can easily change the position of your apps by drag and drop or sort them according to the name or last added. On the sidebar, there is an option to add new apps, which sometimes needs you to raise a request managed by your company. There is also a notification catalog on the sidebar which notify about any changes in your Okta account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I found about Okta is that sometimes it requires me to log in again due to inactivity for a specific duration. Other than this, it just works great for my team and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO), by which we can log in and get access to any other services in our corporate network. It is integrated with GlobalProtect VPN; hence a connection to the PTP gateway is required before logging into the Okta service. Also, we frequently add new apps to the dashboard via Add App catalog to try out new services. We have also deployed our confluence page to put our work documents to help others, and someone can access it only after Okta sign-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta provides excellent service in terms of single sign-on to third-party services. Also, it offers additional security with an image that assures you are logging in to Okta and not a fraudulent website. Hence I highly recommend you to try this fantastic service.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is brilliant when you use so many different tools and software in an organisation. It means I don't have to write down passwords and I can be granted access centrally through my work, very fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
When an application isn't on Okta, I am disappointed. I want to be able to login with everything there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management and security are problems solved. I find it saves time and makes me feel like everything is managed more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Okta auto-fills my passwords. It links all my apps and websites into one safe space. I like how there is a double security feature the connects your phone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it automatically logs me out after a certain period of time (for security, I'm sure), but this can be fixed by just logging back in. I wish that more apps were included in Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta saves me time and frustration by keeping all of my important passwords in one place. I can log in to work quickly and other frequently used work-related websites.

Having to consistently log in and verify for single app sign on, every 20 hour.

cyber security, app management through single sign on okta that protects and manages every app i'm using.

What do you like best about the product?
All the apps/tools you are provisioned with are in one place, SSO helps with not having to remember 100 different passwords or having to change them periodically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access management needs quite a bit of IT intervention, It would be nice if users could organize their apps in different buckets like " frequently used", or based on function.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is simple to understand and use. The site is not overwhelming visually. I use Okta for the MySystems, so everything I need is right in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found anything that I dislike. It serves its purpose. I don't use it every day, so I am sure there would be more room for improvement if I were on it all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta makes it so all the apps I need to use for work are in one, easy-to-access place. I can move them around to put the ones I use the most at the top and move the ones I don't use as often to the bottom. I can even add my own personal web links for shortcuts on the same Okta dashboard.

Web time out. It kicks out very fequenty and you have to clear cache.

Single Sign-on, with no hassle and minimal workforce required. It has LDAP Integration for my company.
Reliable & Secure Service
What do you like best about the product?
With a single click, you can sign on to different applications. It is secure, safe and easily used. Also, managing smaller services which is really for big sized companies
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it will be a bit irritating in such you will have to add and setup your credentials each time . In addition, it is quite expensive to be used for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing data center through Okta access safely without worrying about using different passwords. Also, having 2 factor security is quite assuring
