Security is made strong with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta for my business logins as SSO for verification and identification purpose.
The real-time with no lag between submit or verify click and notification on okta is one cool thing i like the most.

What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are sometimes multiplied, for a single login i get multiple login notifications sometimes which creates trouble in login or approval.
Once i restart the Okta tool, this gets fixed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, my data and privacy are of utmost important to me. Okta gives an added layer of protection to make the logins, approvals, and identifications more secure and verified. It gives realtime access to my files and various internal controls.
Great Identity solution
What do you like best about the product?
Okta has a logical user and admin interface. The user interface is customizable and allows multiple options for the user to customize the experience to match their wants and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta is a great resource; there are not too many things you can dislike about it. Easy to use, a lot of helpful resources. I take that back OKTA could benefit from having video resource guides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OKTA helps to protect our users from certain types of attacks by hackers. OKTA also provides us ways to manage users from signing up from certain applications along with easy management of software utilized by the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration efforts and use is something really best to be turnout, without any hassle any one can integrate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I hate to login everyday with 2MFA, every day I need to login with MFA there should be some work around, but again its security related so cant be complaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place integration of user directory, no need to manage multiple places for same users.
Secure way to connect to a variety of apps, sort of like digital cat herding
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings together all the apps (ADP, Workday, etc) that I use on a regular basis and creates a secure way to access them from the same place. I also like that it's customizable and we can add other apps that we ourselves create, and for which we want to protect access. Finally, OKTA has a great reputation for security and I like knowing that our intellectual property and my personal data are both protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta's downsides are intrinsically connected to its upsides-- it's a very secure environment, so accessing it is a little bit of a pain, requiring 2 factor authentication-- and that does not always go smoothly. I use the Okta apps for both my smart phone and the smart watch, and it does not always work perfectly. But this pain point is a minor price to pay for higher security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is providing security. We live in a world where data are 'the new oil', and data protection is critical both to engender (and keep!) customer trust as well as for keeping intellectual property secure. If there is a data breach, the entire company can go down. So without appropriate data protection, we cannot deliver on our mission, which means a lot to me.
Great experience, but interferes with macOS Safari Keychain
What do you like best about the product?
I love the SSO capabilities, it's simple and just works when you're authenticated. I also like the idea of being able to create my own tiles on the SSO page, which I have done for a couple sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I have as an Apple user (macOS/iOS/Safari/Keychain), is that it interferes with my Apple keychain. There are times where I just want to save to keychain, or update a password and save to keychain, but that prompt is pushed out of the way and Okta asks to save instead.. this has caused me to lose the password I just randomly generated, requiring me to completely restart forms to resubmit and Re-generate. This sounds like an edge case, but it's a big enough issue that I removed the Safari Plugin and try to suppress Okta prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO for work. It's simple, quick to onboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The verification process is perfect and very secure, as it follows two-step verification and the whole apps we use in our company are at a place, and we can quickly go thorugh them.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything is good with okta; nothing is there to be disliked.

Okta solves security problems in which every company's information needs to be safe and confidential.

PhishingBox integrates flawlessly with Okta!
What do you like best about the product?
PhishingBox has a great integration store with native apps to connect. I was able to connect my Okta API key to populate my entire user list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more filtering options or dynamic smart groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless integration with our identity provider.
Concrete protection
What do you like best about the product?
As it is multifactor authentication, I just loved the way of logging into various applications with the same login credentials quickly. It also saves much time and helps in doing seamless work
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am new to OKTA up to date, I find no issues with this. If the phone is not with us, it is not easy to find a code. However, it might be rare we encounter no issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Okta is a cloud-based service, it has information on who has access to which applications in the form of dictionaries. So, it is protecting my privacy. I am able to do the work in a remote mode, which eases my comfort with doing work and helps to increase my productivity

It solves easy active directory access to any application and multiple such applications can be done from single portal with MFA

What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes it easy for me to access all the necessary applications I need to do my work daily. Pretty easy to log in and authenticate various applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of which I do need to change passwords can be a little much. Also, if I log on in the morning, that should last me the duration of the workday as I often get asked to log back in.

Ability to seamlessly access multiple applications in a secure environment.
