Convenient and Easy Tool to Access Company Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and keeps me from having to log into all of my work apps individually. All I have to do is log in to Okta at the start of the day, and Okta logs me into everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta does require me to reset my password every three months, which can be tedious (but I understand that it is more secure that way).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for me to access company software while working remotely.

Okta is one of the best choices for Identity Management
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about the platform is how refined and polished everything is, from its interface to customer service. It is very user-friendly but has great depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation could have been way smoother. More care could have been taken on our part, and Okta's part of making certain specific criteria was checked before moving forward in each implementation phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Identity Access Management was almost nonexistent. We did not have the proper tools in place and did not have the right personnel in charge in this area. Okta was a great management solution at the time and integrated with what we already had to make the process extraordinary.
Amazing switch
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Okta is very secure and it does require authentication to get into apps, and then also that you don't have to keep logging in every time if you have been using the app throughout the day. Also love the app dashboard and how it keeps all your passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont particularly like Okta fast pass as it doesnt properly work for me and will keep rerouting me to google authenticator which I feel like is not really a "fast pass" in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of having all the sites bookmarked and having to put them in folders. I am able to access everything I need within my company with ease by using the platform.

Okta integrates with almost every app out there, and it's cloud-based!

There is nothing to dislike about Okta. My challenge was that there was a little bit of a learning curb transitioning from MS products.

Okta WI ticks off a lot of the boxes all systems should do.
Okta allows the creation of an SSO app; if not found in the marketplace. This is particularly useful when automating processes.
Okta WI has allowed our company to go Passwordless and use biometrics to sign in. This is a much safer factor.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to log in to different web pages, I love how fast the application is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love using okta. I never have a problem.

Saves a bunch of time when it comes to logging into webpages. very straight to the point and functional.
Best Identity Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is such a great centralised point to be able to have SSO enabled on applications as well as provision accounts in a business. Saves the hassle of managing accounts in Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, great for our business and support pretty much everything we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provisioning accounts couldn't be any easier. Such an amazing and great tool allowing us as a business to manage our software and licenses by provisioning and deprovisioning apps. We have setup various rules so there are default apps assigned to new users when they join the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a top-notch Identity Cloud solutions that excels at providing a one-stop-shop which users can leverage to simply and seamlessly access their day-to-day SaaS applications via Single-Sign-On.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Okta lacks, in my opinion, is a credential provider agent for Windows Pro. They have the Okta Credential Provider for Windows Server, and it works well, but the currently do not offer a similar solution for Windows Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta serves as our single source of truth concerning our user directory. Okta thereby simplifies the process of setting up, provisioning, and managing all user accounts across all applications throughout our organization.
Easy Login with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
We use a lot of different software at Ada. Okta is an easy yet secure way to login once but easily access different platforms such as Dropbox Sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I usually only have to login once every 24 hours and it is a seamless experience to connect to other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as both a Single Sign On as well as a directory of all the applications I can access at a click of a button.
Great security and authentication
What do you like best about the product?
Every time asking for verification of account is very helpful,security points of view
