Okta is a good tool
What do you like best about the product?
accessible from the internet so even if my laptop is having an issue with a particular application I have a few different ways of gaining access

I don't like the multi-factor authentication that I have to do multiple times every single day

Ability to work remotely from any location and having one singular place to store my numerous passwords
Okta provides us with the security our programs need
What do you like best about the product?
It has restrictions and access by roles, which prevents unauthorized people from accessing confidential information. It also has a single sign-on management, which allows me to enter the password only once and be able to access the programs, without having to repeat the process for each program I want to use. When I forget a password, it is easy but safe to retrieve it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you lose the mobile application or something happens with it, it will be complicated to regain access to your programs, so it will be necessary to call the technical service to help, so it is necessary to improve the attention of its technical department, because it is not as fast as I would like, especially in these emergency cases. Configuring the program is not so simple, but that is a guarantee that your information will be well secured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software to give a higher level of security to all our programs, applications and information in general, in order to prevent theft and leaks of sensitive company information. It contains several password, security and credential management tools, which allows us to have full confidence in the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is one of the most efficient information backup programs that we have used in the company and we have not had any negative situation so far. The fact that I only need to log into a single session to access all my programs allows me to do my work faster. This is a program that can help many companies of all sizes, which is why I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage. It has a bunch of integrations and almost every major SaaS solution has an integration today. Most of them will work by just doing a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are tough to handle. For example, the O365 had me working on it for a while. It forces you to read very carefully as it's easy to mess things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Okta works pretty well as an Identity manager. Besides, it's very helpful to assign and manage product licenses and give access to all our products and services. Best part is that many of those are given automatically so IT doesn't have to worry about assigning stuff to new hires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Configuring O365 was though. That took days to work and even after a month we were still tunning things up. It[s not impossible, but definitely not the easiest. For many other tools and apps, it´s like bread and butter.
Okta SSO is very safe and secure.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Okta customer identity very safe and secure as it provides only authorised access to the one single platform through which we can access all the applications of our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes forgets the trusted device very frequently which is frustrating as it again requires login and to verify through two-factor authentication as per our chosen method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta customer identity is very safe and secure as it provides only authorised access to the one single platform using two-factor authentication methods which makes it an even more secure environment through which we can access all the applications of our tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is user friendly while enhancing additional layer of security to the accounts and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The okta logs is not granular and needs to be fine tuned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Additional layer of security of my accounts and appication by providing Adoptive Multifactor Authentication.

LOVE Okta
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes it easy to manage employee accounts and access, allowing you to provision and deprovision with the click of a button. The integration of workflows really helps a lot as well, taking a lot of work off my hands with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there isn't much I dislike about Okta. The only thing I would suggest improvements on are in the user interface. The admin portal can be somewhat difficult to navigate, and the resources online are still very outdated with older versions of Okta, so they are inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is helping me solve the problem of giving access to employees. Before Okta, I was manually granting access to programs and apps one by one, which took a lot of time on busy Mondays with new hires.
Excellent for remote jobs
What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent for me because I work remotely, I have easy access to everything I need for work. Very reliable and I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slower and sometimes it is fine. It may be due to bad internet connection, haven't noticed anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging into multiple accounts for my job.

Okta is one the best identity management application which makes it simple, and hassle-free to authenticate.

What do you like best about the product?
The Okta app is quick to open and easy to find the temporary access code needed to login to whatever system you are set up for. If your company's IT team did everything right, this won't be a frustrating step for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If ever you do forget your password or have issues with Okta, you will need to reach out to your IT team which can be frustrating but that's just how it is with company security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta replaces physical code generators. I always have my phone on me so the app is a very reliable companion for using software on my computer. The access code is available at the touch of a button.

Okta is a necessity if your company uses multiple systems and platforms that each need a unique login.
