Effortless Authentication with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta just works. I can go to one place to access all the apps and use one-click sign-on. Okta is integrated into many core workflows and it seems like they have integrations for many things. I use the SSO and Yubikey integration, which means I can sign in super easily and securely without memorizing passwords. All of our enterprise apps are integrated with it, including an internal CLI tool we use, making authentication into our systems simple. As an end-user, the setup process seemed very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. Works for my needs.

Okta simplifies access to enterprise apps, eliminating the need to memorize passwords. It integrates into core workflows and provides secure, easy one-click sign-on.
Okta FastPass Makes Access to All My Apps Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta for all my applications, and I absolutely love Okta Fastpass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I use different passwords for different Okta applications, Okta gets confused about which one to automatically enter.

It helps because I don't have to remember so many different passwords.

The initial setup and configuration can be slightly complex for first-time users. Additionally, some advanced features require extra licensing, which may increase overall cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing multiple user logins and access across different applications by providing secure single sign-on and centralized identity management. This benefits me by saving time, improving security, and enabling seamless access to tools, especially when working remotely.
Love Everything About It
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate. What stands out most is the level of security, with access protected by my personal phone and password. Using okta on daily basis for my office work. Easy integration and implementation in any laptop as and when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is the need to sign in every time. While this is a strong security feature of Okta, it can occasionally feel a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Okta solves is enabling access from anywhere, at any time. I can integrate Okta on any laptop or phone, which makes it easy to stay connected across devices.

Fast, Convenient MFA and Smooth Single Sign-On with Okta Verify
What do you like best about the product?
i only require one master password to login in every system/software associated with my company. The Okta Verify mobile app is also good compared to other authenticator apps I've used. The push to approve functionality for Multi-Factor Authentication is much faster and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
session timeouts can be sometimes annoying, or when it asks to authenticate 2-3 times in a single flow

Without it, I would have to manage dozens of unique passwords for different internal and external tools, which inevitably causes bad security habits
Perfect Solution for Secure Remote Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta for multi-factor authentication and secure access for users. It's really useful since we have a number of servers and many remote users, which creates identity issues. Okta's multi-factor authentication helps us validate users, and identity access and verification are critical for our business and security. I find the usability aspect very beneficial too. Setting it up was easy; it provides a scan code that can be scanned with a mobile, making the setup process very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Okta is very much perfect. Gradually, they are improving a lot. If they can provide details on which user is accessing or verifying their detail from the which geography locations on a particular map and integrate a GIS system, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for multi-factor authentication and secure access for various users, solving remote identity issues. It ensures security through user validation, and easily integrates with tools like Slack and Microsoft 365.
Okta Streamlines Our Logins and Synchronization Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Okta most for how effortlessly it centralizes identity and access management. It handles all of our authentication and synchronization needs in one place, and it integrates cleanly with the systems we rely on every day—Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, Teams, and Zoom. Because those connections are seamless, users get a smooth login experience and administrators get a platform that reduces friction, improves security, and keeps everything in sync without constant oversight. It turns what used to be a complex, scattered process into something simple and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the Okta Mobile experience. Compared to the desktop client, the mobile app feels clunky and unintuitive. Tasks that are quick and seamless on the desktop—like navigating between apps or approving authentication requests—often take more steps or feel less responsive on mobile. The inconsistency between the two platforms makes the mobile version noticeably harder to use and less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the complexity of managing identities and access across a large ecosystem of applications. By serving as our single sign‑on and identity and access management platform, it eliminates the need for multiple passwords, reduces login friction, and centralizes user provisioning. Because it integrates smoothly with the 40+ applications we rely on, it streamlines onboarding, offboarding, and day‑to‑day access changes. The result is a more secure environment, fewer administrative headaches, and a much more efficient experience for both users and IT.
Fast, Secure, and Seamless User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta because it's a really easy app to use, and it's fast and effective. I've never had any problems with it. I value the authorization technology and the mobile application I use to access it. The setup was incredibly straightforward and definitely faster than other similar products that I've used. I've probably had the least problems with it compared any other similar product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose on occasion, the codes that the authorization comes to are late, especially if I've tried to log in two times in a row. However, this a rare occurrence and is easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta increases security for my business logins and provides a seamless way of two-factor verification.
Nothing Else Can Beat This Software!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can securely sign into my work laptop + assorted desktop stations at any office, and the only way for it to be verified is through my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does take a second and adds an extra step to logging into our system, but I understand why when you get the prompt in the app you have to verify whether it was you or not who tried getting in. That's just a minor inconvenience though
