What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it keeps all my logins secure

it could get overprotective at times, asking for the password or push notification multiple times in one session

It allows logging into various enterprise apps at our company through a single sign on

The apps need UI redesign. It looks old both on Mac and iPhone.

Single sign for all the enterprise solutions without the need to remember different passwords

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Okta is that it's really simple and reliable. It really dumbs down signing into multiple platforms through a single sign on, it helps save time and lessens password fatigue.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like it how pushy they are about opening a personal account. and the issue I had once I did sign up for a personal account was that at times OKTA couldn't differentiate between business account and my personal account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it more secure for all our employees signing in needs in the organization while on company computers and company phones. The OKTA personal is a nice feature but still a little excessive.
Nice and Stable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's an all-in-one platform that allows me to access multiple other software platforms that I need to use, such as Workday and WeLearn. The ease of access to these other apps, which are imperative to my work at my company and instrumental to my getting paid, is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how simple the interface looks, it's very bland and plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving the problem of giving me a place to access all of the platforms I need in a single platform, so I don't have to go to a bunch of different URL's, I only need the one.
Simple and Integrated Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
Easy account management for security authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Okta typically uses a smartphone for secondary authentication, but if I change my smartphone, the authentication process becomes a bit more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides easy access to secure accounts by supporting SSO across your organization's various apps and devices.

My favorite part about Okta is the User Interface.

I cant think of any downsides about Okta. It always functions as intended!

Gives me access to all my apps in one portal and it also improves our security posture!

it is the best vendor for the authentications and security and all her the authentication is very simple and recently we have implemented MFA as well all good there as well

sometimes the platform will be down in our location we need to use vpn services

Okta - Safe but Annoying
What do you like best about the product?
Okta feels like a very secure platform that I can use to quickly login to my applications.

If Okta is just used as a tool to force you to verify your login with your phone every other day (previous organization), then it is more annoying than anything else.
You must utilize app tiles for one-click logins to different applications and disable double-verification with your cellphone to make it feel convenient to use.

I do not have to remember a password and username for apps at work.
