What do you like best about the product?
Easy and simple to use.
Besides having your organization's application, you can add the sites you are using (let's say all sorts of sites and application you are using for work and require password or authentication, or both). Ease of self service and password recovery/phone replacement or other authentication mode.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think it is a great application, especially when I compare it to their competitive and I less happy with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving VPN secure connection issues, also it is very helpful for users, as it allows saving information for personal use websites, which are not automatically set by workplace (and are work-related)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, allows adding different applications and links to websites, which end user can also determine. It saves credentials quickly and eases the work of the end-user.

The UI is simple and intuitive. Pretty easy for users to understand how it works.

Honestly I can't think of anything worth mentioning in my experience.

In the position that used it we were able to eliminate our need for a token system. It made a one stop solution for our entire workforce.

Easy to use. Easy to configure on mobile or desktop.

Safe and Effective Double Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication continues to be quick and easy to use. It serves its purpose to protect my every day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an ongoing implementation perspective, there is really nothing that needs to be improved. While the set up was a bit time consuming, it continues to be an efficient, helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication keeps my organization keep our work-related data safe. In the healthcare field, this is legally required and Okta keeps us in line with that requirement with ease.

This is a great tool to add another layer of protection to your work and data, which is a must in modern times for those who activley work in the digital space. I would recommend trying Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication.
Getting work apps on your dashboard has been delayed several times.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that some main tools needed in my daily work are on my okta dashboard, so it is easy to access without logging in every time or adding another bookmark.It also has an area where it shows what you recently used which can be helpful if you have too many apps on your dashboard. Also it is quick access to submit a ticket through our help desk instead of sending a message or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike that I have to have an admin approve apps that I need on my dashboard. Also some apps do not work on the dashboard so I have to log in outside of Okta to get access. It can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to get something approved for your dashboard which is frustrating. Not sure if this is a help desk issue or Okta itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One benefit that I have realized is the convenience of having certain things in one area to access. I wish other apps could be in the dashboard to help prevent bookmarks on my tab web pages. I am solving have to have less clutter on my work page which is convinent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When first using Okta if there are any applications you know you will need, I would ask right away so you do not delay your work. Immediately ask your admin or help desk for support if you are having any issues.

1- MFA feature is one of the best offerings which is in-house.

1-logging is not elaborated.

1- first is the MFA problem, no need to involve thied parties for SMS OTP etc.
2-provides UD so need for any separate DB to manage users.

Easy tool for Solution and Password Management!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is great, I sign in every morning and have full access to all the software my company gives me access to. one click to all of them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta is sometimes tough to sign-in to but in a way that just shows how secure the platform is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a company has many many solutions implemented it is hard to understand what you have access to. Okta makes this very easy to find.

You need to do development in case you have different user cases based on user attributes
Say goodbye to remembering all your passwords.
What do you like best about the product?
You only need to have the plugin to use it. You do not need to install any software. Adding the applications you use is very straightforward, and it stores the passwords of these apps. I find it more secure than keeping your passwords on your web browsers.

I find Okta's price quite expensive for local use. It only suits commercial use.

We use Okta as an identity and access management tool for the software we use in our organization.

I recommend it to companies who use a lot of software. It is good for single sign-on and password storage for identity and access management.
