The best SSO solution
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is easy to configure / integrate, has great capabilities, and has an excellent end-user experience. They are the best SSO solution

Nothing! I love it and wouldn't change anything

What do you like best about the product?
Okta allows me to authenticate my network access quickly and smoothly. Clients expect a high level of data security, especially at a facility that has many employees and remote connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta requires in-depth knowledge from your IT team on how to set up all the users and employees and manage that across an entire company. This requires more effort than my company initially expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps keep our data secure by authenticating each employee and user by their laptop credentials. Our customers expect this as their data privacy is a top concern.

Okta is great for SSO and other secure network connections.
Your All-In-One Password Security Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly and easily log into all of my platforms with Okta. One click and you are in to Saleforce, Slack, and many other business platforms. Saves time and also makes sure you are doing things securely at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do happen to forget your Okta password or passcode, it may take some effort to reset your password and reach out to tour administrator. Just don't forget the password and you will be okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing password management across your work streams while adding security. This is all done in a convenient and time saving way by having all your platforms in one place to sign-in.

Easier to manage and better able to integrate with other software than using Windows-based LDAP solutions
Okta for educators
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have access to Okta on my phone. Downloading the app and having access on my phone is so helpful when I need to speak to a parent about grades.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verification, but that has gotten way better and easier to log in when log in now it's way easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, benefits again being able effectively communicate with parents while I'm not in front of my computer.
Great two-factor Authenticator
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, push notifications enabled makes authentication a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that I am required in some cases to use something other than Okta.

What do you like best about the product?
If you work for a large organization. This tool is a must, one stop shop for all your applications and accesses with one password

The two factor authentication can be an issue if you every loose your two factor device or change your number. This can then lock you out of your applications and organizations network

Having one password and applications acces through one portal helps users stay on top of all softwares. It's easy to see what you do have access to. And you don't have to create separate accounts for each

It is very simple and easy to use. The installation on my phone only took 10 seconds.

Authentication is easily done with my phone- once logged in, all of the apps I utilize are housed in one place.

Getting a new device can be challenging to set up for authentication.

Secure login to many platforms. When adding new technology to my workflow, my IT team can easily grant access via Okta.
An amazing platform for collecting bookmarks and providing login security
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Okta has all of my company's links conveniently collected. I also love that the links can be organized in different folders. The platform is very helpful and simple to use. It also integrates one-click login which makes things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I can't think of anything I dislike about Okta. The only thing I would request is a dark mode feature as sometimes I like to work in the dark and the computer screen hurts my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Okta prevents the need of storing bookmarks in Google Chrome and remember countless passwords. Because of Okta, I'm able to access my company's information quickly and securely.
