Easy to configureand a friendly UI make this software one of the best in the market

Im currently manage of all our company internal thought Okta, this has allow us a single signon option to our employess making things easier and faster for then this at the same time increases or productivity and elimantes the need of several diferent platforms to support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Thats a great app and very user friendly interface which is very easy to use and interact.

Nothing. All good in my point of view, I am happy with Okta

SSO to the multiple applications and access review reports
Makes accessing platforms a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta because it allows me to access all my technology platforms in one place. I do not have to remember individual passwords and I know that my information is safe. I can verify access through my phone which makes it so much less clunky than a VPN token.

I don't have dislikes about this platform.

The benefits to using Okta are it allows me to access all my technology platforms in one place with one login.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used old fashioned VPNs in the past or had to bookmark every technology platform I use. Okta streamlines that and makes me more efficient in using technology.

What do you like best about the product?
Here are some things which I like about Okta -
- I don't have to set different passwords for different applications fo the same organization.
- If I login once, I don't need to enter the password again for the next 24 hours. I just login at the start of the day and I am good to go for the rest for the day.
- With the help of the homepage, I can see all the listed apps that I have access to. I don't need to save any URLs.
- It gives an option in my phone to approve login via fingerprint so I dont need to enter PIN or anything, a fingerprint is sufficient.
- Almost no downtime. In my experience with Okta for 2 years and 5 months, I never experienced a down time.
- I don't have to set different passwords for different applications fo the same organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Here are some things which I do not like about Okta -
- No option to approve sign-in in phone via front camera. (Not every android phone has a fingerprint)
- The process of adding a new phone to approve/reject sign in is very painful. I had to contact my technical support for the same. (I was locked out during the weekend when I switched to a new phone).
- Dark mode is not there for the website. Hope it gets added soon.
- A frequently visited option is missing. I would like all the most used apps at the top.
- A most recently visited option is also missing. I would like all the most used apps at the top. Or a combination of frquently visited + recently visited.

I am a software engineer by profession and an employee.
From an employee side of things, I do see myself benefited from this app in terms of not remembering multiple passwords, signing in only once a day, see all applications at a single place, option to approve/reject sign ins.
'From a administrator point of view, I can imagine that for employers this app is solving their security and authentication needs. Making sure that only auhorised people are allowed to access company software resources.
From an employee side of things, I do see myself benefited from this app in terms of not remembering multiple passwords, signing in only once a day, see all applications at a single place, option to approve/reject sign ins.
'From a administrator point of view, I can imagine that for employers this app is solving their security and authentication needs. Making sure that only auhorised people are allowed to access company software resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta is a very productive app and it is going to save the users a lot of time and hassle. It is one of the simplest apps in the domain as well.
If you are an administrator in an organization, it will help you with managing your employee sign in's, and authentication - authorisation purposes.

We have been able to automate giving access to apps like Box and Smartsheet with ease and de-provisioning by automatically transferring data to other users.
