Very convenient, makes life and log-ins easier
What do you like best about the product?
Super convenient to use helps login without having to remember all my passwords. Once it's set up it seems to work every single time the way it supposed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it messes up and password capture, and sometimes it has difficulty logging into some more obscure sites. two factor authentication is always kind of annoying...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having to remember a ton of passwords makes a single portal for accessing all my applications far easier, keeps everything nice and organized.

Sometimes connection delays bia SSO but can’t be sure if that is due to Okta.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful think about Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication is that it allows me to verify my identity through a second device when attempting to log into VPN at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication does have a time limit for the code it gives you when authenticating yourself so that can sometimes be slightly stressful when multitasking. Additionally, it does require the user to have a smartphone to download the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication has allowed our company to me more safe and secure when joining VPN and completing work now that the majority of employees work from home.

The app for authentication was easy to download and use and makes me feel safe working from home!

What do you like best about the product?
By the help of this software, I am capable of introducing various polices like login context, thus I can minimize the risk factor. I have introduced the multi factor authentication based on the important information that includes bio-metric factors, possession factors and knowledge factors. It is very fast in terms of integrating with IT software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is playing a vital role in my organization. I really like the way it is working and providing great services. I have no complaints against Okta. I also like the way its customer support is providing responsive services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I easily handle the complaints because it also acts as helpdesk for me. Also I am it has enabled me to manage automate the various business processes for both of my employee and my customers in this way I manage the life cycle assisted with any particular event. Furthermore through its APIs workflow, rules and policies I am at ease to customize it accordingly.

Its administration GUI is also very easy to implement. This tool is a universal platform every business type could get benefit from it, thus I will surely suggest its usage to all.

Easy Connection with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most trust worthy application I am using for making long term connections with my team so that they can have access to the various applications for delivering better customer services. Through this tool I am no more worried about any wrong sign in into any application. But it provides me single sign-on option by which it is very easy to get started with the everyday working and it also has reduced the complaints too as my team is enjoying the faster log in for the new apps even.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very technical tool and I faced some issues about making the authentication factor in working. Further the pricing policy is not suitable for new set ups and also the chrome plug-ins is difficult to manage usually. In addition no tutorial is provided so for the beginners it is not a user-friendly application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am happy from its quality services which also provides me multi factor authentication by which I feel more confident about the security issues. This is a great tool for us to work together for the mutual benefit.

If you want to secure your employees information and if you want to store the passwords, than I will recommend this tool it will reduce the risk factor and also you will be in a position to manage the technical issue through the help desk service.

There are lots of options to customize the login experience. Setting up new connections or apps is pretty darn easy. And the administration tools are intuitive enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how you configure your different apps, your users may be prompted to log in a lot, which gets frustrating.

SSO means easy access to corporate tools without sacrificing security.
