Okta provides great performance of cloud applications and simplified management.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Okta chrome browser plugin that quickly and securely gets through the authentication steps in a way that is great to the end-user and enables my companies ability to control its deployment into all of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes, but there have been times when the session times out and I click to relog in but that fails, and I have to go back to the Okta plugin start page to re-login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a single location/repository to find all of my corporate cloud-based apps without managing broken link bookmarks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would encourage it for a remote heavy employee workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how okta has an easy to use smart app that recognizes when you’re trying to login to one of your companies systems by sending a push notification
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m sure this is adaptable, but it’d be nice if it could recognize frequent login locations as safe, but I’d rather it be too safe than not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re solving major security/breach problems that can occur when people login offsite or on mobile devices. Not only this, but it can track when and where you’re logging in, should there be a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s user friendly as it prompts what you should click on/allow.
Okta Is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
We use Okta at our company. Okta is used as a single sign-on tool across our org. It makes it easy for our users to sign in to multiple apps because they just have to remember one password (the Okta password) versus remembering a password for each and every application. It's awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta's support has been nothing but stellar during the whole process. From proof of concept to implementation. It has become our preferred method for Single Sign-On options. There is not a single reason to dislike this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta Workforce Identity is great! We really don't have problems with users who use this for single sign-on purposes. It integrates extremely well with all of the applications we use across our organization. Okta's tech support is awesome, too, in-case we ever need to reach out for support; they're awesome!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta is the preferred user authentication method across our entire organization. We had a huge problem with how to sync user authentication across many many different building sites and countries. We needed the ability to revoke user's access to company resources with a simple click of the button. When before Okta it used to take ages and many departments to revoke access. With Okta that's all made much more simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is now a name brand for Identify for most of the world's businesses.
Their vast catalog of integrations and automated rulesets allows large organizations to automate the majority of their IT foundation and allow for a cloud-hosted footprint with much less overhead from a compliance and regulatory standpoint.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high, but you get what you pay for with Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have any on-premises infrastructure for our corporate identity and are able to quickly scale globally with no downtime :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to authorize people and to use it in the professional world.
What do you dislike about the product?
That once signed in, it is a bit of work in moving it on another phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Authorizing and authenticating people to enter a site.
Verify with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it's so easy to verify identity via this application. One can easily use this to verify identity for using a particular office related software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's not easy to save Okta credentials on the system for long. But at the same side it's good for security purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to secure certain applications via Okta where only the authorized person can login.
outstanding performance of Ujet
What do you like best about the product?
One thing like most is Ujet features that we can do many things from a single software in few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there is no competitor for this software as it is providing many different and new features in comparison of others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of the problems are solved in few seconds via Ujet as we can check our login or logout time as well as our break time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to advice everyone should use it once as a user, i'm sure you'll used to it as it is a very amazing software. It always solve our queries on a single click.
The best thing that ever happened to onboarding!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Okta's SSO service. This allows us to assign apps and logins to our staff without them having to save all those passwords anywhere insecure. The biggest benefit so far has been how quickly it allows us to get new staff members up and running. When we set up their technology initially, we install Okta and the needed apps. On their first day of work, they simply login via Okta and are ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Okta doesn't save passwords for sites that it bookmarks for users. I also acknowledge that this could be a user problem that I just don't know how to correct at this point. I've used LastPass in the past, and I think they have the edge here. LastPass also have a vault for saving WiFi passwords and Banking Information. Okta does not offer this, but it is also a different type of service. It would be quite helpful, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to reset passwords for shared apps when one person loses it! I also can change the password, as admin, without the user ever needing to know it. This has helped decrease a lot of tech support cases.

Integration with Active Directory (AD) makes managing the apps and access a cinch.

Password management for Okta.
There is no option to manage bulk groups.
Workflows and automations offer very few recipes.
Their MDM solution is very basic, and slow to develop more features.
The Group Push function from Okta to AD is not so reliable.
The solution lacks an on-premises deployment model so it can't offer a hybrid solution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I rate Okta 10 out of 10 for being one of the best IdP on the Market.
Compare to other IdPs, Okta uses a dashboard that displays all the associated/linked services, which is really helpful when you have multiple services.

Okta everything
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't need to remember any password except for my Okta password. Single sign on is the greatest invention of the modern age. Its wonderful that my employer can add apps to our Okta account and we are able to access them with ease through the Okta portal. The Google Chrome extension makes things even better!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bummer when I forget my password and can't access anything but that's my fault not Okta's.

Forgetting passwords. Constantly entering in passwords. Provisioning new applications for the workforce.
