Great to forget about setting up multiple passwords!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with OKTA I can now set up only one password that will work with all the systems and apps I use to work, I used to forget all my credentials and ussually had my acounts locked, Now I dont have to worry about it because with OKTA I just login on it and the rest Goes by itself!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think OKTA is complete, secure and easy to install and use, There is nothing I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OKTA helps me handle my time better, as it allows me log in to all my tools only one time, everything opens at the moment I log in to OKTA, and everything is easier that way, Increasing my productivity time, having a better view of my tools and never locking my credentials due to a forgotten password!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
OKTA helps to avoid memorizing many passwords, it helps to hindle time better, as it allows you to log in to all your tools only one time, everything opens at the moment as you log in to OKTA, and everything is easier that way, Increasing productivity time, having a better view of tools and never locking credentials due to a forgotten password!

The process to re-install okta on a new phone is not easy

Easy to use. For a department that hold many logins, this has made things simple and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didnt find anything i didn't like about it other than having to login everything new broswer is open. However, this really isn't a negative because you just have to rememer one password

Easy access to all platform we need. No more having to remember multiple logins and password

It is difficult having to reset passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta center for all software of our company makes it easy to access without any password being remembered. I know where every software is to be found and I don't need to sort bookmarks or history. I know that my information is secure when I log into a software or the Okta hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a software via Okta that has not been added to your hub, it can be somewhat tedious. In addition, it may be unreliable and inefficient to sign up for software applications on your mobile device and sail to Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great SSO choice as it is widely adopted, but the workers will become accustomed to it with growing pains. For example, I lost access to a library I created and couldn't figure out how to get it back because our IT department didn't give us any heads up when we moved through our adobe suite.

Consider forcing employees to download the application.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to provision certain services and tools to users of the company because of it's SSO and the groups permissions feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the UI, it doesn't look as updated or new as other software tools on the market right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Okta Identity Cloud to access other software tools and accounts through their SSO.

It is very easy to use and the security is top notch.

Having a main "go to place" for all our apps and users. Also , the end user dashboard is friendly to users

Searching groups with Wildcard not functional. We can search people and apps with whatever name, but for groups you need to type letter by letter. We have reported this but there is no ETA on when it's going to be fixed

Made our life easier on giving out apps and access to users and removing the access at the same time super fast and easy
As a lot of the users are not very tech savvy , using Okta is a simple way for them to use all the apps.

Build first you requirements and your goals , and if you need help ping the professional services and the support team. Never be afraid to ask for help, instead of breaking things

I like how easy it is to set up documents to be signed or to house in-house documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the random features that you will probably never use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One benefit is you can always go back and review documentation.

It is easy to access and can be checked via SMS or software.

The operation of a low RAM machine is really slowed down.

In general, it has been an excellent experience, because it helps you to either send an SMS or a code using your registered telephone number that works for you at present. It also ensures that anyone else accesses and maintains good security to the company information.

If you're concerned about your company's data and you want to ensure that it can only be accessed by staff, sign the contract.
