What do you like best about the product?
Okta helps organizations securely manage and streamline user authentication and access to applications, devices, and APIs. Allow users single sso for multiple applications. An extra layer of security by requiring additional verification. Okta has thousands of pre-built integrations with major Saas apps. The admin UI is intuitive and powerful. Developer friendly APIs and SDKs. Easy to use and implementation. Provide 24*7 customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta is powerful but not cheap, especially for small to mid size business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO reduces the need to remember multiple passwords. User log in once and get access to everything they need securely.

What do you like best about the product?
What people like best about Okta is that it makes it easy and secure to log into all our work apps with just one username and password. It's like having one master key for everything, which saves time and keeps oour accounts safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike about okta is, its pricing can get expensive, especially for smaller businesses or if you need many advanced features, making it less affordable for everyone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of needing to remember tons of different usernames and passwords for all the apps and websites you use, which is not only annoying but also risky if one password gets stolen. It benefits me by letting me log into everything with just one secure Okta account, saving me time and reducing the stress of forgotten passwords, all while adding extra security like multi-factor authentication to keep my digital life much safer.

I loved how Okta kept everything together and remembered the passwords to all my different work accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t like that sometimes it would get some passwords wrong, and then it would fail to log me in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving time management and cutting down on getting caught up with passwords. It was honestly amazing that I could just click one button and be automatically logged into my accounts.

Great automation tool and works seemingly everywhere be it enabling sso or IAM
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful will be the complex initial setup or when you want to migrate to Okta from existing tech stack.

Okta enable us to provide SSO capabilities on our platform to support all the customers building on this platform. Integration to existing live platform is great and has driven our profit.

Innovative security features such as Adaptive MFA, Behavorial detection along with life cycle management tool, strengthen the companies security. Many pre built integration in the Okta , makes it easy to work. It has many streamed lined features SSO, MFA.

For small enterprises the price is bit high. Complex policies and using advance features require some mentoring or assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta helps in enabling the best features for the enterprise grade security with Identity Threat Protection, SSO, Privileged Access and MFA that helped our Org Improve security. It also includes developer friendly API that helps wide range of Integrations.
Our main tools are: SSO for SaaS apps (like Jira, GitHub, Zoom, etc.). Workforce Identity Cloud for employee access
Conditional access policies that enforce MFA for all users.
Custom OIDC integrations for our internal web portals and APIs.
Lifecycle Management to automate user provisioning and deprovisioning via SCIM.
No-code automation with Okta Workflows (e.g., alert HR in Slack when users are deactivated).

There is lot of complexity in Pricing to understand and lesser Log Retention apart from these i loved every feature of Okta

Okta Helped in solving the IAM for the employees in accessing the enterprise applications and also enabling the SSO for the authentication and authorization to all the Company Applications.
