One Dashboard for All Apps—Pre-Authenticated and Password-Free
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of bookmarking twenty different URLs and remembering twenty passwords, users have one dashboard with all my apps pre-authenticated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate having to authenticate when it’s tied to my phone. We’re not allowed to use mobile devices inside the office, so this makes it really inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the software and tools I use for work are in one place, and they’re already pre-authenticated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Okta because it doesn't require me to sign in to each software individually, which saves me so much time. I just use my thumbprint to access the solution, and then I'm pretty much logged in to all of them. It helps me start my day off on the right note and saves time throughout my day without any friction or holdups while working. I also like the ease of use and find the Google Chrome add-on very helpful because it allows me to easily switch between different tools I use throughout my day, saving me time from not having to go through bookmarks to access specific software. The initial setup was very easy too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta saves me so much time by allowing me to access various software without logging into each one individually. I just use my thumbprint, which helps start my day smoothly and reduces friction. The Google Chrome add-on also saves time switching between different applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Okta makes identity fade into the background so I am able to sign in once, stay secure, and get on with my work without friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any downsides of Okta. It has been pretty seamless usage with multi-sign on capacity

Okta solves the mess of managing access across many apps by centralizing identity and security, which benefits me by reducing login friction while keeping access controlled and auditable.
Fast, Secure, and Convenient Single Sign-On with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta allows me to log in without having to sign in with email and password, and I can use my fingerprint to log in. The mobile application is nice because I can just use a touch notification to get in quickly. It's pretty fast and bug-free, so I don't really have any issues getting in. Overall, I have not really had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not as intuitive when I'm setting up new technology, like a new device or a new laptop. It just isn't very intuitive from it's own interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I suppose Okta solves security problems and I like that we can log in without entering email and password. Using my fingerprint and the mobile app’s touch notification for quick login is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like to centralize all my work passwords in one place where I have easy access, not to mention the security of my passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use facial recognition instead of accessing a link on my phone.

As I mentioned before, it centralizes all the accesses I need for my work in one place, without having to log in to each one individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta's push notification feature with the YES/NO option and location details. It works well for me as a user. I can login using OTP, in-app push notifications, and in-app OTP. It's also easy to install on mobile to implement the SSO.

I use Okta for single sign-on to manage multiple application logins. It's easy to set up on mobile and works well with OTP, push notifications, and in-app OTP, providing secure and efficient access.

Even if my passwords are known by someone, they cannot login without the accessing our mobile Okta verify app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the push notifications I receive from Okta are a bit slow, although they are straightforward to approve.

Even if someone knows my passwords, they still cannot log in without access to our mobile Okta Verify app.

I like how Okta is simple yet can still be improved with cataloging and changing my work for different needs with my residents. The initial setup was easygoing with no problems.

I have to enter the same password repeatedly as it incorrectly thinks it's wrong.

I appreciate the ability to use my photo ID for signing in, which saves me from typing my password a million times. I love how it runs smoothly without any issues.
