Seamlessly Organizes Apps, Effortless Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Okta for helping me keep all my apps organized in one setting, which is especially helpful when using a laptop as it reduces the need for many tabs to be open. I enjoy that Okta also authenticates users prior to logging in. The initial setup was very easy, definitely a 10/10 for me, and I'm happy with how everything works with no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps organize all my apps in one setting, reducing the need for multiple tabs when using a laptop. I also appreciate that it authenticates users before logging in.
Seamless Setup and Unmatched Access Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the single sign-on feature the most because it removes the need to remember over a dozen credentials. Okta helps with managing logins, applications, and onboarding. The setup was seamless and very easy. We switched from OneLogin to access a wider range of features and more pre-built integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of having to log into 15+ apps with single sign-on, removing the need to remember numerous credentials. We switched to Okta for its wider range of features and more pre-built integrations.
Effortless Central Hub with Smooth SSO
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Okta is how easy it is to use as a central hub for our internal tools. Having everything in one place makes daily work more efficient. The efficiency and the single sign-on experience is smooth and reliable, and it's especially helpful when switching between multiple applications throughout the day. I also found the initial setup of Okta very easy, with a really simple interface that's easy to maneuver.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing multiple logins by providing a single secure place to access all internal applications, making my work more efficient and saving time when switching tools with a smooth and reliable single sign-on experience.
Effortless Security with a Few Password Hassles
What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta for how simple it is to use. You can have multiple accounts and there are various ways to verify your identity. I can add Duo Authenticator to almost any app if I wanted to and Okta does not charge for that. The initial setup was easy by scanning a QR code.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pain to have to change my passwords as often as I have to. It's hard to remember new passwords all of the time. If we have to verify it is us each log in I don't understand why we have to change the password so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for Duo authentication and access to all my work apps, which ensures no unauthorized access. I appreciate its simplicity in managing multiple accounts and identity verifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless Okta is with its easy navigation. When you have access to Okta, you can access all the applications in one place. It's convenient to sign in and get to whatever applications the organization uses. I love how easy it is to authenticate with two-factor authentication, and the feature they have for application access is really useful. It's great for centralizing all applications and acts as a security platform to protect our company's data while complying with regulations.

I've heard that the price margin is pretty significant, and that it can be tough to set up initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our company's apps are centralised by Okta, which makes it simple to access them by simply logging in. Additionally, by adhering to safety and security laws, it guarantees the protection of our company's data.
Effortless Single Sign-On, But Costly
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta for its centralized authentication system, which simplifies accessing third-party apps without the need for traditional password-based authentication. I appreciate that it scales with team size, so we only need to set up a new account in the Okta dashboard for each team member instead of creating separate accounts for every application. I also find the initial setup easy, as it can be implemented incrementally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really costly and not every app provides SAML. Since SAML is central to allowing instance access and credential-less authentication, this industry-grade authentication system is not available on every platform.

I use Okta for centralized authentication, providing single sign-on and access without traditional passwords. It scales with our team, eliminating the need for individual app accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta for Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication, which is great for managing all application sign-ons in one place. I like that I don't have to remember multiple passwords or worry about team members losing access to essential work platforms. The team found it easy to integrate, and for now, Okta is a tool very much appreciated.

Intuitive UI, Effortless Access Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Okta as it provides an intuitive and clean UI, making the experience seamless, especially with its Single Sign-On feature. All the applications appear as easy-to-find tiles after a single login, which means I don't have to remember different passwords or where to find my apps. I appreciate the ability to request access to an app directly from the Okta landing page, and it meets all the security and compliance needs for my job. Integrating Okta with all my essential tools like AWS, Zoom, Loom, and Benepass is fantastic, and the initial setup was incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Okta will log out automatically and I need to log in again. In some cases, the login process may be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember different passwords or where to find my apps. It makes the experience consistent and the access secure.

Secure and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Okta is that it is very secure. It's a secure app that we definitely use, and the only way to get past it involves devices like the phone, using a fingerprint. So for me, I love the security of the device. I also find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I did not care for with Okta was when I got logged off and couldn't get the information I needed for the app. I had to go through technical support just to get my info back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for multi-factor authentication, which is amazing and secure. It keeps all my login credentials easily accessible once set up correctly, making it hassle-free. The initial setup was very easy, and I love the security features like phone and fingerprint verification.
