Easy to use and has all other software links in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation to email, timetabling, room booking, accounts, canvas, guest sign in etc - everything is linked in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the email link doesn't keep me singed in and links to an old university account and is very difficult to get it linked back to my current address. Not sure if this is outlook's fault or okta but it's very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing students and faculty easy access to all school platforms.

So many applications are available and it's incredibly easy to use! Fantastic software.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient tool to keep all passwords at the same place. Okta verify app would send a notification on phone as a 2 way verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit uncomfortable to keep all the password at the same location. If my okta account is compromised, hacker would have access to all my accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All company logins are stored in okta. No manual password entering needed.

Very useful tool for everyone who has many login user names and passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I only have to remember one password to access all of the applications I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some applications can only be accessed in one type of web browser, which can be inconvenient at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating employees having to remember multiple passwords for various applications they use on a daily basis, therefore minimizing the requests coming into the IT department needing help with accessing certain applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product will save your employees time each day, as it allows them access to all of their applications in one place with only one password. It will also allow your IT team to focus on other larger issues instead of helping employees reset their passwords for all of the different applications they may use.

I was able to have access to all of my resources such as email and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything that I dislike about Okta. It is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember my sign on for all of the different systems that I have to use on a daily basis. Streamlines so many processes

I would recommend using Okta for any company that has multiple systems with different login information.

Okta is amazing for single sign on. Allowing you to utilize one password through a verified central place. I also like Okta mobile

Generally works great, just don’t -wish it organized gaps for you.

Mobile access and having all our core applications available in one place for faster access without remembering multiple passwords.

Okta offers great security protocol to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite inconvenient at times, but that inconvenience ensures the security of your customers' information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that only selected people using registered devices gets the job done.

I would great to have both security and convenience at the same time.

Great protection all around. Single sign on was a plus

From a user standpoint, navigating through (registering/learning) could be a little difficult at the beginning

What do you like best about the product?
Makes logging into several network secure systems easy without having to remember 20 different passwords. Making multiple resources secure and easy to access
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sites have trouble integrating, causing okta to try to “override” other log in info causing an error. Also, not very simple to remove previous log in information on some sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to update across platforms 1 login information instead of multiple ones having to be updated constantly. Saves much time and frustration.
Easy & simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, okta is easy to use, organized, and helpful. The tool is really intuitive to understand, and helpful when it prompts you to ask if you'd like to save your login for a site. Very fast when logging you in, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks a little dated, it definitely could be polished up more. Doesn't interfere with using the product though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized SSO is helpful for access management and usability!
Simple and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is all on my phone. No more key fob and trying to enter in the code before it changes again. Or worse, you lose the rather expensive fob!
What do you dislike about the product?
From a user stand point, not much to dislike. It can be quirky at times, but that is most likely my internet provider

Provides a simple, fast and secure method to access company servers and programs
