Okta Allows Me Quick Access To All My Apps
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Okta is to use. I just log on, and then I have access to all the websites and apps that my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Okta will reject a password or make me create a new one for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly log onto my websites and apps without even having to open Okta! It automatically saves passwords and logs you on.
Okta has been very useful for SSO purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
Okta has been great because it has made it easier for me to sign in to all of our various systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit of a nuisance to verify every time that I log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has simply made it easier for me to log in and get to work.
As if it weren't even there!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is so easy to use, I often forget it's even there, which is the way password systems are supposed to be. Its single sign on in the background enables me to log into our systems without having to manually type in a password with every log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
While good, it still requires me to do 2 factor authentication. I wish they added on their roadmap to use geolocation, so that if they knew my phone was close by to my computer, it'd automatically log me in

Try this out; it's an industry leader for a reason. Highly recommended.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is super easy to use and has a great interface. It is nice and clean. I am able to log in securely every time and I don't have any issues when I am using Okta. I have been using Okta for almost 2 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not anything I do not like on Okta's system. I use Okta as a Single Sign On and have not had any issues using it. I also use Okta Verify through my cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is making sure our employees log in to a secure network and nothing is compromised.
Amazing replacement for Active Directory
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes managing users and access SO easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If implemented poorly it can copmplete with other directory systems or HRIS systems as one of may "single sources of truth"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlinging our onboarding and offboarding access workflows.

Okta has been a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
No need to keep track of multiple passwords is what I love the most. My company uses at least six sign on softwares, and it was a hassle trying to remember all the passwords. Okta has each program laid out, and the single sign on is a complete lifesaver. Okta is easy to use on both mobile and computer. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use it as easily on my cell phone, but I was definitely wrong! Okta is so simple, and useful...I absolutely love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It always asks "do you want okta to remember you on this computer/device," when it comes to signing into my email. I always hit yes and do not ask this again; however, it still asks. That is very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to remember the multiple website addresses and passwords that I need to access my programs...everything is laid out and available with just one click. An added benefit that I've realized is that user support is extremely helpful, and fast, with helping users resolve issues. I've contacted them and received a response within the hour.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may seem overwhelming at first glance, but it's really very simple. It will save you a lot of time and energy.
Great security app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to approve requests from my homescreen and lockscreen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it needs to click “approve”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of using internal apps. Benefits is ease of usage.
Great single sign on system
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use my personal mobile phone as an MFA device, and reset/unlock my password remotely. Automatic login to all of my work applications using SSO and Windows authentication integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's much more convenient than being tied to a hard token for MFA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-service password resets and unlocks, no need to remember multiple passwords.
Don't worry about remembering your passwords ever again

having all my work apps int the same place and not having to remember any of the passwords is very convenient

I had to switch form a Mac to a PC and the plug in never worked again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having all my work apps in the same place saves me a lot of time, also not having to remember the passwords for every freaking app its very convenient

Secure, Easy to Use, Many available plug-ins
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing worth mentioning. It’s a great tool.
