What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up for new users and when implementing new software.

Once logged into Okta, it can log me into other systems, even if they don't support SSO.

It's difficult to change your username once it's been set up.

Quick access with much higher level security.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta consolidates all of the applications that I use and makes logging in more efficient through single sign on capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Okta does its job very well. All of the applications are presented clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is used to access all of my various applications and subscriptions. It saves a lot of login time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Okta. Managing passwords that require updates are a big pain. Okta's single sign on and interface that allows easy access to your applications is a must have.
Very Useful dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Okta keeps all my work related and personal sites easily accessible and makes a single sign-on experience for them all. The 2 factor authentication outside of my network is a big plus. Once a site and it's credentials are added, I can update easily as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the prompts via my browser can be intrusive, but once I decline it for a site, it does not come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIth Okta, I do not have to worry about remembering every site and password that I need to access, whether in my office or mobile, and it is not overly complicated to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a user base of varying comfort levels with technology and password management, this is good solution that will satisfy beginners and your more security minded savvy users and IT department

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it stores all my passwords from countless applications but at the same time it's still completely secure and only I can get into my programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that it auto adds passwords and access info from every site I go to - sometimes it's lunch and I'm actually just trying to pay a bill from my bank account. I feel weird with that info auto saved into my okta account - that's not what it should be saving even if it is my work computer. After all, I could miss that it saved something!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single-sign-on is definitely the main one from what I can tell
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have trouble accessing files from anywhere or you're still on VPN, this might be the solution you've been looking for!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, icons make it easy to find the app you are trying to use. Single sign-in makes my life a whole lot easier at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some app displays are kind of hidden when it comes to the grey written description below them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-mail, purchasing requisitions, and shipping of items. With a wide array of apps that can be accessed through Okta, it makes my day a whole lot easier than having to sign in to different sites to accomplish different goals.

It has made the work day flow much quicker than without it.
It makes life far easier for single sign on

Easy to use from the user perspective -- Okta "magically" passes your credentials between applications and synches everything up on the back end.

Nothing really -- OKTA requires a certain amount of knowledge and skill to setup but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem is multiple systems, multiple logins.
Benefits are an almost transparent user experience, FAR less issues with logins and passwords and very nice additional benefit of security and compliance

Great Way to Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I find that this program is great to keep all my other programs together. It allows me to not have to remember a bunch of different passwords. I have access to applications with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming. Sometimes it won't open as quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember all of my passwords. Being able to have access to all my important programs in one place.

Pulls most of your work apps together in one place and you don't have to remember your password for each and every one with single sign-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike...maybe the ability to add even more apps?

We don't have to remember our passwords (or have different ones) for each work-related app we use.
SSO for all, and for all, we can sleep at night!
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great SSO platform that is easy to implement and scale for your organization. It gives your organization the tools to empower your organization to be very effective without getting tripped up with password logins or resets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve and a certain amount of training involved to get a buy-in from the end-users. There needs to be a good rollout plan or your users will not understand that this new system is going to make their lives a lot easier. Once they get over the curve, they will also become advocates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single-sign on for dozens of SAML apps, password unlocks and resets, 2 factor authentication. Employees are reporting less login issues and have been able to work seamlessly with various app logins.
