What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes access management and single sign-on experience smooth. It’s very easy in integrate Okta with multiple applications. The security features that okta provides along with the admin dashboard are best in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though okta is best in the market for large organisations but its expensive pricing is blocker for small teams or organisations. Expenses rise with increase in number of users and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of managing identities and access across different systems is solved by using okta. Okta also eliminates the need of having different login systems for different applications. Overall okta helps in establishing security and provide good user experience for employees.
Fast, Reliable Authentication with No Hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Okta is fast and reliable. It helps me get authentication through multiple, verified notification codes very quickly, and there's no delay in getting these notifications to validate, which makes it very reliable. The initial setup was pretty straightforward; you just follow the steps, and you're good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta to securely authenticate my credentials for my enterprise accounts quickly and reliably, especially for single sign-ons.

I like how easy it is to access everything with Okta, as it allows for single-sign on across my entire parent organization. We can access a suite of company-integrated software seamlessly. I appreciate that it uses our standard login credentials, making it straightforward for people to know where to go to access software. I have not heard of any issues when accessing the software, and I enjoy having a unified login for various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that it logs me out when I have it set to remember me. Not a major complaint, though.

I use Okta for single sign-on across my organization, making it easy to access software with standard login credentials. I like how it streamlines access without issues, having a unified login is really convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta for access and password management, and I appreciate its fast and simple SSO which means we don't have to constantly log in. I like that there hasn't been any unauthorized access in months, which makes me feel more secure. It's great that Okta works across all devices and platforms, including my Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, Slack, and Google Suite. It's really convenient that even my Apple Watch can auto-confirm things in Okta for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing could be the one-time code could be easier to get to, but maybe that defeats the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides fast and simple SSO for everyone, reducing the need to constantly log in. It seems to prevent unauthorized access, and it works with all devices, which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta has been super helpful for me, especially given the number of internal tools we use. Having to log in to each of them independently is extremely challenging, and Okta makes life much simpler by providing a dedicated dashboard where all the apps are integrated in one place. Most importantly, it feels extremely privacy-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the time it takes to load can be a bit longer. That’s the only drawback I see.

It’s easy to log in to multiple company tools from one dedicated dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use my fingerprint on my MacBook to log in with Okta, which saves me from having to write any passwords. I also appreciate that Okta provides a single sign-in for all my company's applications, allowing me to sign in without having to remember multiple passwords. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They make me change my password every six months. But it's really annoying because you actually have to remember your password, which usually you forget.

All of the tools I need all in one spot, single sign on makes everything easy and I don't need to remember multiple passwords.

UI is fine but nothing special. Otherwise its good.
