What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta for security purposes, particularly Okta Verify and MFA, which help keep all of our documents safe. It protects against theft and streamlines all of our logins. I appreciate its ease of use and user-friendly UX, which works across all devices. I find the MFA tool and biometric approval very valuable. It also integrates seamlessly with all of our software tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of logins sometimes is quite tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for security, specifically MFA for keeping our documents safe and preventing theft. It streamlines logins across our apps, making it easier to access them securely.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really helpful as a single sign on service for a lot of business applications in use. It is easy to navigate once I'm signed in and use all of our apps in Okta and navigating between them is seamless and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for an alternative to signing in besides requiring my phone. Other secure methods that may involve my device in use such as a passkey or email check or something would make it easier, also I would like more visibility into sessions and how much time I have in my session before having to sign in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a secure process to sign into many business apps with one secure log in. It helps me manage all of my apps and navigate through them as well as being connected to my team environments.

I dislike the occasional delay in push notifications. Sometimes there is a delay in SMS for authentication.
