Effortless Access with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta for logging in daily and accessing work-related apps. The Face ID feature for verifying my identity with Okta is nice, as it saves me the hassle of getting a text every time. The initial setup was very easy; all I needed was my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches or lags and then a bunch of codes will come in at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for logging in daily and accessing work-related apps while maintaining my security.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes identity and access management very simple and secure. It is easy to set up SSO for multiple applications, and user management is straightforward. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even non-technical users can adapt quickly. I really like how smoothly it integrates with most cloud and enterprise applications. MFA and security policies are easy to configure and give strong control over access without making things complicated. To be honest, it saves a lot of time and improves security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can feel a bit high, especially when you start adding more features like advanced MFA or lifecycle management. Some configurations need a good understanding of IAM concepts, which can be challenging for beginners. Also, troubleshooting certain authentication issues sometimes requires deeper logs and support assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing multiple logins and insecure access methods by providing a centralized identity platform. It improves security by enforcing MFA and access policies while making login easier for users through SSO. This reduces password-related issues, improves compliance, and lowers the risk of unauthorized access.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta for everything! I like how you simply can use the Chrome Extension for every platform our IT team has set up for us. It's easier and faster and safer to log in via Okta. Now with Okta, it's increased speed of logging in, and having the security code to enter makes it safer and faster to log in without having to enter my credentials every time. It's our Single Sign On for all platforms like logging into Salesforce, Pendo, Optimizely, Caliber Minds, UserFlow, UserVoice, and so much more. We have a one-stop shop for logging in. It also reminds us when it's time to change our passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be annoying to get daily reminders when it's time to change your Okta password, but I understand the intent behind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta as a one-stop shop for logging into all our platforms, making it faster and safer to access tools like Salesforce and Optimizely. It simplifies login processes with Single Sign-On and security codes, and reminds us when to change passwords, enhancing efficiency and security.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta provides one secure space for all your applications and provides the single sign on feature. The mobile version of the software is pretty good and probably simpler to use because of the MFA.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the single apps are glitchy or require additional password information which was confusing at first. While high security is an important aspect that makes Okta great I would like the option to pause being logged out over a long day in case I do take my phone away from the computer which is needed for the MFA and/or have another option for the multi factor authentication

Okta provides a fairly simple to use platform to keep all your work tools in one secure place so they can be easily accessed and found.

All your tools and products are on the same screen. It also reduces the time of logging into each of the tools by single sign-on

Sometimes, okta freezes on some tiles, this will make difficult to log-into the tools which are exclusively connected to okta-only

Okta assists me in managing my accounts across various tools and utilities. It also enables us to restrict access to our internally developed tools by integrating them with its sign-on system.

If there’s an outage, MFA delay, or sync issue, access to multiple applications is affected at once, which can temporarily block work. The setup and troubleshooting process can also feel complex for non-technical users, especially when permissions or devices change.

I can access all work applications quickly and securely from one place, which saves time and reduces password fatigue. Multi-factor authentication improves security without adding friction, and centralised access means onboarding, offboarding, and permission changes are cleaner and more reliable.

I use Okta for two-factor authentication, and it provides a two-layer security for signing into the working apps I use at my company. It's easy to use, works smoothly, and never fails to give a sign-in prompt, helping me to securely sign in into my working apps like Workday, LMS platform, etc. The initial setup was very easy as well.

As of now there isn't anything, some design improvement would be good if done but it's working fine for me

I have to login pretty often which is time consuming but it's for security.
