Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use when logging in , and the apps displayed are very straight forward to navigate and use. i have had no issues so far with daily use of it .
What do you dislike about the product?
In my daily experience of using okta -i can say i have no issues regarding okta .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access a lot of work apps in one space without having the need to have some tabs open , just one login -one access to make my work day more seamless and less stressful- avoiding all the little human errors that might happen with lots of tabs open .
Best for our Identity management and security
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless intigration and documentation is very easy and easy to implement. We are using OKTA as a primary source for Identity from past 2 years in Junglee Games
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing for now, I think we are satisfied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our requirements for SSO integration and Access management

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI and ease of use, Lot of functionalities and no compromise in security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, they had security incident on their end which has impacted their clients as few credentials were leaked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides single platform to log into the multiple solutions seamlessly. And it is very easy to use. Also they give you option to configure different policies for different set of people. Like C-Team members, privilege users etc...
Okta Daily Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Okta dash that gives access to all systems that we use daily, this allows for quick login access and password protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often we need to login, I wish it stayed logged in for at least 24 hours .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access and easy/quick login to various systems we use daily, once logged into Okta I can open most systems I use with one click due to being verified and logged in with Okta
Probably the best SSO
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to manage users and integrate with other apps. It offers a big list of preconfigured integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first setup is very complicated, at least for multiproperty companies. You'll need an experienced integrator; missing one small feature at the implementation can be hard or impossible to fix later. And it is VERY expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Sign On, making it easier for users to log in to different software, and also easier for IT when they need to remove a user, just need to disable in OKTA and the apps integrated will disable the user.

From a user point of view, okta has been great to streamline our 2FA process. everything is user friendly, simple and intuitive to use.

I honestly do no have anything i dislike about okta.

Okta is providing one more layer of security for our website specially PO and BPO users .

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is scaling SaaS usage and Okta reduces setup time drastically ranging for 7,000+ pre-integrated applications (Salesforce, Workday, Google Workspace, Office 365, etc.). Useful for our company becoming SOC 2 compliant. Detailed audit logs and reporting capabilities to support governance and regulatory needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the high end. Per-user/per-feature pricing adds up quickly, especially for larger orgs or those wanting advanced features like Lifecycle Management, Adaptive MFA, or API Access Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving the problem of inconsistent access to applications. Centralized access management through a unified identity layer. Integrates with all apps via the Okta Integration Network (OIN). IT can grant access instantly. As a user, I have peace of mind that my identity is protected and monitored.

Centralised management of your access and MFA. Integration with other applications. Security!

MFA prompts or the Okta login process sometimes is inconvenient or slow, or even too many times you need to sign in.
