A secured way to connect the app ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and delivering a fast and ready to go system to work daily.
I like to have the chance to organize the corporate apps and adding also my personal apps into the same ecosystem

What do you dislike about the product?
On mobile the UX is still to be improved. When an app is launched it is still on the browser.
Also, changing a device require support from IT which is not quick as expected

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all the apps with a secure login and made possible to access for all employees in the organization. It helps also on the road meeting to access relevant info

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is super easy to use. All of my apps are located in 1 place and organized. If i needed to add a new app, it automatically asks me if I want to add it to Okta which makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I don't like about Okta. It's super easy to use - whether its work-related apps or personal ones, they all live in one place which makes it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally am not solving any problems with Okta. The company probably invested in Okta to make our lives easier since we use many apps daily.
Easy to use SSO
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and easy to use interface, support for wide range of apps/software, solves the hassle of password managing multiple apps independently and having to train new users on accessing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unexpected logouts can be frustrating at times, Okta Verify can be finicky - sometimes no prompt, migrating Verify device can be difficult, if for whatever reason a user needs to access a different instance of a site, Okta will automatically try to route back to the site connected to Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Sign-On functionality is critical for all users across our companies as it eliminates the need for tedious login navigation/password management. Also use Okta for application access controls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Okta all the systems I am using for that Client are in one place. It is so easy to help RTAs on my team locate the system they need and keep it all together within Okta. I like that it is safe and secure as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Okta is that if you do not sign in to it within every 30 days it will automatically kick you out of the system. As an admin, I only sign in to Okta when I am servicing for that client, helping and agent on that client, or so that I do not lose my log-ins with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the systems we need for the client are in one location, which is so beneficial for the agents servicing for that client, it is less likely to lose logins or not know where they should be when they are servicing for the client.
Okta MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Love the chrome extension to quickly access my apps and tools that I rely on each and every day to do my job quickly and efficiently. Okta keeps things secure and through all of this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes don't get the alert on my phone without manually opening the okta app which is seconds but this can add up over time. The tool overall is pretty effective and I don't have issues with it on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to access all my software in one spot in a secure and efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a great SSO tool to use across my organization. It saves me from remembering various passwords, and it keeps information private.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way my organization sets up Okta, I wouldn't say I like how it ties to my personal phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy setup process, and it allows me to sign in to various internal websites without additional authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of logging in asap through my phone to almost any application. Love Okta!

There's nothing I dislike- if anything, sometimes it doesn't register my accurate location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't require me to know the passwords for every single application and has centralized my company.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have all of my company's programs available in one place.

There are numerous security pushes that can take a long time.

Keeping all of the programs I need in one place makes it easy to get to what I need, whether it's my timecard or training.

What do you like best about the product?
Device Trust has allowed our organization to control access to company resources and apps from specific devices that only meet our criteria to be considered a trusted device. This feature offers a strong level of protection to our users, as well as our IT teams, because they do not need to worry about them getting compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we find that Okta documentation is somewhat confusing and not easy to follow when it comes to implementing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues such as having a single point of access to all company resources.

Easiest Identity Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Okta SSO saves so much time during work. Being able to have one login that persists for a day and allows me to quickly log in to all the different SaaS apps we use at my job is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sessions persisted for a week but I do understand the security risk involved with longer persisted sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has saved us countless hours and headaches with managing identity for all the apps we use at work.
